Luckily I haven't had any catastrophic events with my dog but I want to share how value-added Embrace is. The insurance is reasonable and helps to offset blood work, etc. In addition the Wellness coverage pays for itself in preventive meds alone (Heartgard, Frontline), even training.The customer service is prompt and friendly.

I tell everyone I know with pets to use Trupanion and everyone who has taken my advice has thanked me for the suggestion. I honestly could not have had a better experience with them so far. The monthly premiums for pets in my area have gone up, but they have also gone down! Overall it's been an increase, which is to be expected, but I couldn't believe when they told me the rate would be going down for a while. This is one of the easiest companies to communicate with and they have saved me a lot of money. I can't recommend them enough.

My cat Clover became very ill last year. To date, her care has cost around $20,000. Healthy Paws has been great. They have covered 90% of everything except for the cost of the check/up visit, which runs around $150. Her condition will require constant monitoring that runs $500-1K per quarter for the rest of her life and 90% is totally covered. I could never have afforded her care without Healthy paws -- it saved her life.

The claims process was simple and they processed the claim promptly. One of the claims was covered, one was not but the entire process was swift and relatively painless.

They even paid the hospital directly so we did have to lay out large sums of money. I will spend today and many day to come crying over my lost but, at least I know I was able to give one of my best friend, a member of my family, the best care money could buy.

I couldn't be happier with the service I have received from Healthy Paws. They have a great app that keeps the entire process of submitting claims super-convenient. My "senior" dog tore both his knees within a very short time of one another, causing two major surgeries. I was so impressed with how quickly Healthy Paws processed the claims. They even checked in on how my dog was healing, and I believe they genuinely care about the welfare of animals. I was so stressed by my dog's injuries; it was a relief knowing that I didn't have to be stressed out by the expenses of surgery, thanks to our insurance with Healthy Paws.
