Our healthy dog got really sick in a matter of a few weeks. Embrace insurance was truly caring and covered a lot of our expenses. We've been with Healthy Paws for a couple of years now. We have 2 chocolate labs, who are always getting into trouble! Last year we had an issue where our youngest pup ate a sock, which resulted in a very expensive surgery. More recently, we had to go through a series of diagnostic tests to figure out why our other pup was having reoccurring UTIs, which turned out to be a bladder stone. Thanks to Healthy Paws, we were able to get the needed services for our pets. They have been a life-saver with covering all claims we've submitted within a very timely manner. Their personalized emails following up after a surgery or other procedure has also shown their dedication to my family. I highly recommend Healthy Paws to anyone looking for a pet insurance company that offers a nice range of plans and deductibles, and who really care about the health and wellness of your fur-babies.

Healthy Paws response time is unbelievable. No sooner do I make my claim but I get an email acknowledging such. A day later or less I get a notice that my claim has been processed and completed. At that point I can see how much my check will be. Since I know the particulars of my policy, it never differs from my estimate. I have a $100 ANNUAL DEDUCTIBLE with a 90% co-insurance plan. It is reasonably priced compared to other programs including ones offered by my veterinarian. My vet actually now sends in my claim directly from their office to speed up the process. However, I can make the claim myself from my cell phone or just scan it in and make it on-line. The staff is great. If you have a question they have an immediate polite, friendly answer. They are not doing you a favor by answering the phone.

My dog ruptured his anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) and had Tibial Plateau Leveling Osteotomy (TPLO) surgery. When I called healthy paws to discuss the procedure that was recommended by my vet, they answered every question and concern that I had and with no hesitation told me absolutely that is covered. After his surgery I received emails that were so sincere, asking me how my dogs recovery is coming along. They have gone above and beyond my expectations! I will always have Healthy Paws for my pets..

She has had extensive testing, two surgeries and is on life long medication. Every single time I have submitted a claim it has been paid within just a few days! On the occasions that I have had to call Trupanion my questions have always been answered with utmost professionalism, but even better has been the degree of concern they have shown for making sure my sweet girl gets the best care, They are 100% the very best! Thanks you Trupanion for being such a wonderful company!
