I have been very satisfied with ASPCA Pet Insurance over the years. Thank goodness I have not had to use it often, The few times I did, they reviewed my claims quickly and I got a reimbursement in a very timely manner.

More companies should operate like Embrace!
In today's world where we deal with so many different companies every day, it's important to recognize companies like Embrace that provide an outstanding customer experience instead of just complain about the bad experiences. Their processes and communications are clear and concise, and ensure that the customer understands every step of the way. PIECE OF MIND
EYE PROBLEMS SINCE 2 YEARS OLD ASPCA HANDLED GREAT HIPS PROBLEM THE PAST 2 YEARS, MY CLAIMS HAVE BEEN HANDLED GREAT, INFORMATIVE ON A MONTHLY BASIS. ONLY I DON'T BELIEVE IT TAKES ALMOST A MONTH TO PROCESS AN ONGOING CLAIM.
I ALSO HAVE ANOTHER DOG ON MY INSUARANCE, A ROTTIE WHO IS 5 YEARS OLD. SHE WAS BORN WITH A HEART MURMUR AND WHEN WE FIRST GOT HER SHE NEED MANY CARDIOLOGICAL TESTS, AND IT WAS A GREAT PIECE OF MIND THAT ASPCA COVERED MOST OF THE EXPANSES(NO CHOICE TO SELECT MORE THAN 1 PET)

Healthy Paws to the rescue
One of the best pet insurances by far. They not only pay the 90% (less very low deductible) they follow up after the case to see if your pet is progressing well and willing to answer any other questions thereafter. They even converse with the vet since I was caught up in my dog's care.

Grateful for this insurance
We're very glad that we have ASPCA coverage for our two cats - we have had some expensive bills (but what vet bills aren't expensive?)and have received excellent compensation/reimbursement in a very timely fashion. Although premium prices have gone up a lot, it is an expense that we have to afford because our cats are everything to us. Thanks ASPCA Pet Insurance!

Friendly, helpful and efficient
I have been a customer for over a year and Pets Best have always provided very fair claim support. They keep you informed about the status of your claim in a timely fashion and call you back when they say they are going to. The associates on the phone are friendly and genuine. I always recommend this company to other pet owners and people considering getting a pet.

Much better health insurance than I have.
Kind, attentive phone staff who do their best to answer questions immediately. Prompt follow-up on claims. Emails to let you know claim status. Follow-up after illness.

Very easy claim process and follow-up
My 11 year old cat was beat up by, we think, a raccoon or could be fox. Health ins. really covered quite a bit of the bill. I was surprised because in past experience this wasn't true. Pet Health also called to inquire how he was doing. His big pink furless belly sure was funny looking! Fur's growing in now.
