I love having ASPCA pet insurence for my puppy Tyson who is sadly always having a issue ... The insurence helps a lot and cover most of our emergency visits .. They don't cover mush towards wellness tho witch i pay an extra I believe 10 15 dollars a month for and they don't put much towards nutering also witch is a big bummer but comparing this insurence to others it blows them away this was the lowest monthly plan I found and believe me I shopped around it's easy to send claims in and it takes about 3 weeks for you to get your money back but they put it right back into your account and the phone servos if you have have a question or a problem they are so kind and very helpful !!!!!

Our older lab began severely limping a few weeks ago, and it turned out she tore her ACL. We knew going in to the surgery that it would be expensive, and I can't tell you how many times we've told people how fortunate we are to have Healthy Paws insurance. Every time, claims are processed extremely quickly, and there are never any surprises or gotchas. Their straight-forward approach to insurance has given us tremendous peace of mind.

We haven't had to call on the insurance too often (partly, I think because my Vet doesn't always remember to submit claims which is ultimately my fault for not following up - I tend to make an issue of it only if my bill is significant, which I know is silly of me). In any case, the very few claims we've ever had for our two Boys have been processed quickly and in accordance with the terms of the policies as I understand them. No problems at all and certainly, nothing to complain about!

Submitting claims is easy via an app, claims are processed quickly, and there are hardly ever surprises in terms of coverage. Our pup went through 2 knee surgeries and we were reimbursed nearly 90%. Not only that, a representative reached out to us personally to inquire about her progress. How nice is that?

Rates go up every year though they deny raising rates based upon your dog's age. Very limited as far as what they will cover. For example, my dog had a blood test as part of a preventitive exam - the blood test diagnosed lyme disease. While lyme disease was in fact diagnosed - and diagnostic tests are supposedly covered - they refused to cover the cost of the blood test because it was part of a preventative exam. Denied my claim and my appeal (how can something be preventitive if it diagnoses a disease??). After spending $55+ per month over a three year period for this insurance I decided to call the company to cancel as the coverage is too limited and what they cover is very subjective. When trying to cancel, I was completely harassed by the person on the phone, who tried to convince me to stay. He was demeaning, told me I was making a big mistake, asked me how I was going to afford pay for my dog's healthcare if I cancelled, etc. The treatment I received was quite unbelievable - complete harassment. The company should be ashamed of itself. Avoid at all costs!

Excellence all around. I am very impressed with the quality of service; particularly the reimbursement process for pre-authorization and payment.

I love Pets Best Insurance! The ease of filing a claim and the speed in wich the refund is issued is awesome. They keep in constant contact through email (my preference) every step of the way and there is always the "live chat" option for any questions that I may have.

My dog was bitten on her ear while playing .I took her to the Vet got my bill . I went on line and submitted not for payment . Cant get much easier that than . Payment was approved in less than a week .Check was in the mail shortly after. Due to great customer service I found that I can have the payment deposited directly to my account. Thank you ASPCA

Although the process is a bit cumbersome, I see how that is necessary. Once all the paperwork was done I received my reimbursement. We had not used the policy in over a year. In that time we added and then dropped two pets. My pibble had multiple lesions that had to be removed and the bill was very high. The insurance reimbursed the highest amount and we were more than able to handle the rest. I am so grateful we kept the policy.
