My 7 month yellow Lab likes to her toys. I had two emergency visits and each time vomiting was induced. She doesn't get the same toys anymore. Each claims was paid per the policy terms. I suggest everyone read their policies. I have been in the insurance business for 40 years and only one client ever read his entire policy, for which I am truly grateful.

My 3 year old Javanese developed HGE when he was 1 year old. HE required a 6 day hospital stay that cost over $4000. I felt so lucky that I did not have to make decisions for him based on finances. Without the intensive care I am not sure he would have survived but he now is a happy healthy dog. We also have a 2 year old Javanese that has EMBRACE coverage. She has not needed anything except routine care but I know she will be taken care of if the need arises. EMBRACE has direct deposit and have never waited more than 10 days to be reimbursed, even with a large bill of $4000.

Embrace has been very fair with reimbursements- they do everything they promise, no hassels. I've submitted several small claims over the past few months and I keep expecting to be denied as any usual insurance company would do. I'm only met with a cheery response that my claim is accepted. Very fair- would/have recommended highly!

Great service. I currently have my two dogs enrolled. My Mario has cancer so we are lucky to have insurance, so far he's had two lumps taken out. My Malibu had a little accident but had stitches so I also added her on the policy.

Embrace has always answered our questions and processed claims promptly. Most recently, we had difficulty with one of our vets, in getting the Embrace Claim form to Embrace, despite several contacts to the vet from my end. Embrace finally contacted the vet directly, on at least two occasions, and finally got everything resolved. Terrific customer support!

I recently received reimbursement for a skin condition our dog suffered from last month and thought I should write in about the big reason my husband and I love your insurance. In 2014, our then 4-year-old dog, Ida developed a mast cell tumor on her leg. My husband and I have had dogs with that type of cancer in the past and though the dogs were much older, the outcomes, even with surgery were not good and were extremely expensive. When our vet suggested surgery for Ida, we were able to really think of her needs rather than money and proceed with the surgery, which was extensive, but had a good recovery rate for young dogs. Ida had (expensive) complications and the ASPCA was with us every step of the way; offering encouragement and reimbursing us for most of the medical bills we incurred. I am thrilled to say that Ida is doing well, two years post-op and is the best, happiest and friendliest dog I've ever known. Only because of the ASPCA is she here with us today. We love ASPCA health insurance and recommend it to everyone we meet. We have even become monthly donors. Thank you ASPCA

If you are reading this, then you are a dog lover and know that insuring your pet is the same as insuring your loved one. Isn't that what our pets are...our loved ones!!! I have two words....HEALTHY PAWS....If you don't purchase this pet insurance for your dog, then you are making a very bad mistake. Even in tough times, insurance is a must. My family and I awoke one morning to our 7 year old dog having multiple seizures. The day before she was a machine running miles. Out of nowhere, we found ourselves with a very sick dog, a brain tumor. We were devastated!!! Healthy Paws Pet Insurance has been with us from day one. We were told our baby had 2-3 weeks to live without any intervention. From emergency to diagnosis and through treatment, this company has been professional, reassuring and followed through on claims just as promised. All phone calls answered, all questions answered and even an email checking on our pet. We are almost at 4 months into this terrible and very expensive situation. I would not be writing this review because my dog wouldn't be here now without Healthy Paws. This is a company that is straight forward, professional and kind. They do what they say they are going to do and they give back to homeless pets, so when we purchased Healthy Paws Pet Insurance, we gave a gift and got a gift. We don't know how long we have with our girl, but we have been given the gift of time to love her more and have a longer goodbye. I have 2 dogs insured with healthy paws. One has unfortunately had health issues over the last 2 years. Healthy Paws has made it easier for us to deal with the burden of many surgeries.
