Great Insurance Wonderful People
I have had ASPCA pet health insurance for my girls since I got Daisy (she is now 14). I have continuing care and cancer coverage. They are the best. The premiums are reasonable, payments quick (especially with direct deposit), and the staff is wonderful. They call to inquire as to the girls' wellbeing and to make sure I have everything I need. Daisy is a Rotti mix, Sadie is a pit mix (12) and Princes is a pit mix (1). They covered TPLO, cancer surgery, ongoing Adequan injections, medicam, Princess's spay even though I literally just added her to the policy, and little Princes got a porcupine within a three week period. They didn't bat an eye, paid the claim and called to check on her. Wonderful, wonderful company and people. Highly recommend.

Wonderful, empathic customer service
I cannot say enough fantastic things about the Embracers at this insurance company. In the midst of our medical emergency, when I didn't know how to make decisions, several agents just listened while I thought about different medical choices I could make. In the recovery period, the Embracers were quick to find a billing error and correct it. Every phone call involved friendly, patient, present, caring voices on the other end.

Healthy Paws the Bset Insurance I've Had Yet!
Adopting special needs pets (homeless and otherwise)is my passion. But like people, pets get sick too, so for me pet insurance is a must have. A large part of being a pet parent is insuring that you don't have to choose between good health and your personal finances. I have had other pet insurers, but Healthy Paws is by far the best yet. They provide a range of affordable coverage, and my last claim was processed in less than twelve hours! Thanks Healthy Paws!!

Healthy Paws is top-notch!
I signed up my 2 yr old Golden Retriever as a young puppy. After paying out of pocket for cancer treatments for our previous dog, I wanted to give pet insurance a try. I did a lot of research, and ended up selecting Healthy Paws. So glad I did! My 2 yr old just had bilateral arthroscopic surgery on his elbows due to elbow dysplasia and FCP. This type of diagnosis requires specialized orthopedic surgeons. From the time we received the diagnosis, I could focus solely on doing what needed to be done to ensure my dog received the best care, without worrying about the hit to the bank account. So far, the hospitalization and surgery totaled just under $3500. As soon as I received the invoice, I passed it on to Healthy Paws. Within 3 days, I had a response. They covered everything but the exam fee (as is clearly stated in the contract) and a check for $2700 was on its way. But that isn't the end of my story. A few days later, I received an email from a Healthy Paws team member inquiring how my dog was doing. This was not an automated email. The note was specific to my dog and my response prompted another reply. This top-notch response and customer care really distinguishes Healthy Paws in my eyes. I have confidence that as my dog recovers from surgery, any other needs that he may have (such as PT) will also be covered, without breaking the bank.

Peace of mind
I have always been a huge proponent of having pet insurance. Ive worked with other companies in the past, but, Healthy Paws always makes the process very simple. I never have to stress about what is or is not covered. I have a $100 annual deductible, 90% reimbursable for any claim, less the doctors exam fee, the rest is covered, period. Highly recommended!

support for a rare illness
Our puppy appeared normal when we got her. Within a few weeks, we noticed that something wasn't quite right. She was deaf and a little wobbly. No big deal, we loved her so! Then she started having seizures. Small at first then landing her in the animal hospital. Testing showed that she has a rare genetic disorder. The great news is that with a special diet from Purina and medications, she is living a happy, almost normal life. We never would have been able to discover what was wrong and fix the problem without our pet insurance.

Bilateral Cherry eye- not covered
I did my homework, research asked questions sat on the "buy" button for months then my English Bulldog developed her first cherry eye before I hit the buy button. At that time she was young and mischievous and started chewing on a wooden basket she wound up poking her eye and needing an emergency cornea transplant. When I called Trupanion, I explained that she already had an expensive cherry eye/cornea transplant surgery ($6000). I was scared to go through that again with no insurance. The nice sales person told me that with the insurance I will have a piece of mind knowing that my Lilly would be taken care of.....? Clearly she didn't mean that my new Trupanion insurance policy would take care of her. Here we are months later and close to $1000 in insurance policy payments, with no return on the 5 claims we had including cherry eye on the other eye, sick appointments, and spayed. So I have spent close to $10000 on these appointments and $1000 on non existing insurance..... I wish I had seen this site when I was researching because I am paying the price. I could have put that $1000 towards her bills. Someone mentioned putting that money into a savings account for vet bills. That sounds like a great idea!

Love the wellness rider!
I've had other policies before, but none that covered general maintenance. ASPCA helps cover vaccinations, heart worm tests and preventative care. All These can add up. My claim was processed very quickly.

Highly Recommended....
I purchased Embrace Insurance on the word of my sister-in-law for my newly adopted Beagle. I thank her every day. My furbaby recently had chocolate poisoning and an accident hurting her neck and a tear to her ACL. This Insurance has been wonderful and processed my claims within 4 weeks. My baby now has to undergo surgery and I know Embrace will be there for us. This Company will always be there when needed. I recommend Embrace.
