ASCPA has been a true partner in the livelihood of Rocky - my quirky, loyal and cool Chihuahua. Unfortunately, Rocky was diagnosed last November with a disease that requires quarterly examinations and daily medication in order to control / manage the illness. The ASPCA insurance plan has enabled me to focus on the proper medical care for Rocky without having to worry about my other financial commitments.

Disappointed Former Customer
It would be nice if you would talk to the pet owner for further clarification, not just the vet, before denying a claim. This x-ray visit was just due to a concern for my dog. There was no 'pre-existing condition" he was just making different noises. First a cough, then a gag. Very disappointed that the claim was denied. I was a customer 10 years ago, for 2 dogs without a problem. I didn't even ask for a refund just wanted it to be applied to the deductible. At the very least, half could've been applied. What's the point of having insurance if we get penalized for taking our pet to the vet out of concern for their well-being?

Best Pet Care Partners!!
I have had 4 cats and 1 chihuahua Embraced for several years. Embrace has been very fair and always processes the claims quickly. Recently my special older cat Hobbs became quite ill. I had the peace of mind to be able to take him to a specialist and receive the best care I could provide. Unfortunately he passed from his sudden illness. Embrace has processed his claims quickly and efficiently. It has been a tough time but getting his claims paid has not been an issue at all. Now my cats are all seniors and so is my dog. The costs would be overwhelming if I didn't have pet insurance. They've never let us down from UTIs, bladder stones to mast cell tumors and liver biopsies. Can't thank your team enough!

We love Embrace Pet Insurance
We truly love embrace pet insurance and would highly recommend it to anyone. we have 4 fur babies, 3 of which are with Embrace (2 dogs and 1 cat) and one of the dogs developed diabetes 3 month after signing up with Embrace and they have paid every one of our claims without missing a beat. Going into our 2nd year now. I don't think twice when my vet feels we are off on the diabetic treatment to suggest a test, a glucose check because I know we are covered and its the BEST for my pet. My vet contributes our well being as a diabetic to embrace because I can care much better for my pet knowing we don't have to worry about cost and it shows in his treatments and outcome so far!! I have many times, where I make the initiative with my vet to run a certain test just to make sure we are on level just because I know we have insurance and I'm gonna be ok. I never think twice if my pets need any kind of treatment because I know with embrace on my side we are the best team for my pets and I can go to sleep at night knowing in their little world everything will be ok no matter how big or little of a problem will arrise. Such a lifesaver, timesaver and peace of mind for a very little cost. Oh and I love the personalized phone calls when I need to talk to someone about our account, just amazing!!! By far the best and only the best is good enough for us and should be for you too!! 99% of my claims have been handled in under 24/hr with reimbursement in my checking account within 24/h after that... !!

Great coverage and speedy refunds!
I've had our 11 month old King Shepherd, "Buddy" covered through Embrace for almost six months and the coverage has been great! Their speedy review of claims and prompt refunds has made this an awesome experience for me, my family and more importantly our "doggie". Extra Wellness Checkup
My 6 y/o healthy, spayed, playful black lab mix slowly became overweight (on a strict controlled diet), sluggish, constantly panting even without exertion, and just seemed "different". My human medical background immediately kicked in with "metabolic disease". We ran a complete chemistry panel, poop check and physical exam. All were A-Okay. Embrace issued my reimbursement less than 10 days after claim submission. Now I have a happy, thinner, crazy playful dog and my granddaughter gets her new computer for hi-school. We love this company!
For peace of mind, efficiency, and caring this is the best company around! Even though our dog is only a puppy we have had multiple claims already ranging from baby teeth not falling out to lameness and the beginning stages of hip problems. All of our claims have been reimbursed very quickly...and whenever we have called, we get friendly efficient service and the Embracer really seems to care about our little one's health. We love this company. It's worth every penny.

Peace of MInd
We have used ASPCA pet insurance for years and it has been a wonderful experience. Especially, when we had to take our pets to the emergency vet. It is such a stressful experience but we always knew we had the safety net so the financial burden would not be such a worry. We always knew our pet would receive excellent care. Our reimbursements have been fast.
Recently, our Boston Terrier Spike hurt his back to the point we could not even pet him. He feels better now and we thought nothing of going to the emergency vet.
