My sweet 17 year-old cat Cloud recently passed on (yes, they insured a 17 year-old!) and I was very impressed with the service and sympathy from ASPCA pet insurance. The claim for the final expenses was paid quickly and covered even more than I thought it would. They also sent a card, which I thought was a very nice touch. I continue to have coverage on my other old kitty cat and I am glad I do.

I can't say enough positive things about my experience with Embrace Pet Insurance. I've told my vet repeatedly to recommend them highly. I insured two kittens that were healthy when we purchased the Embrace Pet Insurance. One of the kittens developed a serious digestion problem and needs to have steroid shots every 5 weeks. Embrace covered the stated amount of the diagnostics tests and the ongoing shots. The process is easy and accurate. Additionally, they reach out to confirm that I receive the check and when I email or call/chat they know who I am. My son told me it was a marketing tool, but I prefer to think that they really do care about me and my cat. At least it makes me feel that way. I highly recommend Embrace Pet Insurance.

I have nothing but good to say about the service I have received. The representative was very clear about what I should expect and I find that you live up to your word about quick payment and resolution of claims. I do not dread Vet visits as I know that even if the care may be expensive, I will be due at least a portion of it back. Thank you for your great service.
