You folks are scam artists. In my case,, you collect$1,100 a year and when I just submitted MY FIRST CLAIM you generously offer me $50I will tell all friends to never waste money with you crooks

RIPOFF! I've been paying this policy religiously for two pets for several years. They've made thousands off of me. When one of my pets needed surgery, I had to fork out thousands. The process took a ridiculously long time and I was only reimbursed less than 15% of what I had to spend. So if I had to spend $10,000, I was reimbursed less than $1500. This charge couldn't be included. That charge can't be included! I worked hard for the money I paid to them to make sure my pets were covered. And when a crisis hit, I feel like I was really taken advantage of. Not happy! Stay away unless you want to be taken for a fool!

Very happy with this insurance. My cat is older but they still covered her.This helps give me more peace of mind.

Now that our dog Puck tore a cranial ligament and required delicate surgery--plate, screws, etc.--and incurred a substantial debt we realized how spot on our vet was. In short time we got reimbursed the major portion of the bill. Filing a claim was easy, customer service was helpful and the entire process was hassle-free! Thank you, our dogs are our kids and knowing that ASPCA is there for us makes us sleep better at night!

I've found this insurance to be helpful when a health even has come about with my cat. ASPCA has processed my claims in a timely manner.I feel a little more confident in getting care for my cat when I know I have the backing for ASPCA insurance.

I am a breeder of Pomeranians and even though I have had this insurance on several of my foundation dogs for many years, I have only had to use it two or three times. But the peace of mind that it brings just knowing it is in place is priceless! The people that I have spoken to are all very nice and receptive and willing to help.
