we have a 4 year old domestic short hair cat. we divide our year between NY and California. We have had a claim rising in each location. The company processed our claims very quickly and issued reimbursement.

Kitty root canal gone wonderfully
Healthy paws covered everything that they said they would and made my cat's root canal affordable. I'm a vet student, so cost is always something I'm wary of! I'm so glad that I had the pet insurance to take care of my little fur ball, and now he's eating as though nothing ever happened!
They handled my claim as soon as I submitted it, and the check is in the mail now!
When I graduate, I plan to recommend this insurance to all of my clients, as it really takes the stress off from expensive procedures such as this. It makes it a lot easier to afford these, and also easier in that it allows the vet to give the best possible standard of care, without having to cut corners for cost reasons.
Healthy paws is a great investment for any good pet parent who can't afford to pay hundreds to thousands of dollars out of pocket!

Beyond pleased!
My pug Charlotte was having ear problems, so off to the vet we went. That's never fun, but I've done my part! My vet staff send the claim forms after our visit and then I get emails from Embrace to let me know the status of my claim. The next thing I know there's reimbursement on my bank account! It all happens so smoothly I don't even know it's happening! If I have to contact the customer service for any reason, they are very friendly, a great experience there too!

Great response and coverage
We had our first issue and ASPCA was great. I submitted the claim and paperwork online and had a check in our mailbox less than a month later. They even added on a line item that I left off. I would absolutely recommend.

Great Service
My 7 month yellow Lab likes to her toys. I had two emergency visits and each time vomiting was induced. She doesn't get the same toys anymore. Each claims was paid per the policy terms. I suggest everyone read their policies. I have been in the insurance business for 40 years and only one client ever read his entire policy, for which I am truly grateful.

It is comforting to know I have EMBRACE for my dog
My 3 year old Javanese developed HGE when he was 1 year old. HE required a 6 day hospital stay that cost over $4000. I felt so lucky that I did not have to make decisions for him based on finances. Without the intensive care I am not sure he would have survived but he now is a happy healthy dog. We also have a 2 year old Javanese that has EMBRACE coverage. She has not needed anything except routine care but I know she will be taken care of if the need arises. EMBRACE has direct deposit and have never waited more than 10 days to be reimbursed, even with a large bill of $4000.

Great company!
Embrace has been very fair with reimbursements- they do everything they promise, no hassels. I've submitted several small claims over the past few months and I keep expecting to be denied as any usual insurance company would do. I'm only met with a cheery response that my claim is accepted. Very fair- would/have recommended highly!
