I have this coverage for four years. Every year, something happens to my little dog that need several trips to the vet. ASPCA has been fair and prompt in reimbursing the expenses. I highly recommend this insurance for your pets

I have had the wellness and accident/injury coverage since my puppy came home. I, thankfully, have not had to use the accident/injury coverage, he's also only 1 year and 9 months old. But wellness coverage is fabulous! Simple form: check wellness visit, vet stamps form, copy of receipt & in the mail it goes or send via email. Quick response from Embrace & I have my calm $$ fast! Very pleased with my plan & coverage!

I had a great experience for my first time using ASPCA. My claim was processed in a timely manner and my check came in the mail as soon as the claim was finished. They've called me twice to check up on both of my animals to see how they are doing. It shows that they really care.

Still amazing how much this company cares. They process the claims very promptly . Great communication . Worth every penny!

Wellness not worth extra premium. Preventative medication should be covered. Not just 25 dollars. Medication is far more expensive. Bill for a booster shot, heart worm preventative for one year and flea and tick for 66 months was over 200.00 dollars. Policy only pays 25 dollars that was paid earlier in year. This was a bill from a community service, not a vet office. So this would be a discount price for shots and medicine. Need to increase preventative medication coverage. I canceled my policy. Will deposit my premium in an account of my own to buy the preventative meds for my dog.Much pressure from person I called to cancel my policy. I am aware of vet cost when my dog might get sick or injuries. My dog is a resuccude dog and if I can not afford his care they will help.

I'v had for 7 years very affordable considering the problems older babies have. It has more than paid for itself. ‼️ Claims are processed in a timely manner . Will always have a pet companion and always have this insurance.

You not only care about my pet, they reduced my stress by making financing major procedures quick and easy. Coconut is a 3 yr old chihuahua who has just recently had patella luxation surgery and repair of her ACL. She has had one previous claim for obstruction. My furry baby is my life so having Trupanion by my side has allowed me to care for her and not worry about the astronomical bills that pet care can add. My vet is even connected to them so they submit everything and when i pick her up i just pay my deductible or my percentage.
