We have PetsHealth Insurance for a few years. It gives us peace of mind knowing that our Sofia has health insurance. Most recently she went to the vet for a followup checkup and a couple of vaccines. The total vet bill was $79.00. Insurance paid $40.60.

Pets can be expensive. Especially when they are very active. I love the fact that the insurance is there when I need it. And the reimbursement is pretty generous.

Much improved claims experience for my pup. I sent 2 claims in together. They were approved in a couple of days! The check was received just days later. Received an email soon after I called to make sure I had a copy of a claim form. Then a followup after the claims were processed. Great service!

I have insured my only cat to Embrace Pet Insurance for almost 2 years. Their service was tip top. When i have to call for their billing information, their staff was very friendly and informative. Before this, my cat has an eye problem that need some medical treatment. The claim made was very fast since I got the my payment on the 4th day. I am very happy and satisfy with the service given by Embrace Pet Insurance.

When my dog ate a piece of a toy, and consequently got sick, I didn't hesitate a minute to go to the animal hospital, knowing that whatever the outcome would be, ASPCA Pet Health Insurance would cover a fair amount of the bill. Although we've researched pet insurance plans in the past, this time we actually enrolled our new puppy, and are so glad we did. We chose Embrace based on our vet's recommendation and after comparing their benefits with those of other companies. We just placed our first claim (Wellness) and the check is already on its way to us. I like that the company emails immediately with questions, confirmations, and reminders. We'll be adding our adult dog next, and are happy to have peace of mind at long last.

My yorkie terrier had these "warts" the goes with the breed, Had no issues with Pets Best. I called to see if it was covered and it was with my deductible in place. Healthy Paws insurance has been a god send. It enabled us to immediately remedy a condition that would have caused severe pain and permanent lameness for our sweet little rescued dog. The coverage cost is reasonable, but more importantly the customer service is (in a word)...excellent!! Claims are easy to submit right from my phone and are processed quickly. Every interaction both online and by phone has been a positive experience in dealing with staff that are friendly, articulate and knowledgeable . I did research different companies before choosing Healthy Paws and am happy to report that they have even surpassed my expectations .

This company is a scam. I wish i had read this reviews prior to purchase. They are refusing to pay my claims because they determine it was a pre-existing condition which is totally not true according to my vet. She even got on the phone with them to argue on my behalf . I called to cancel the policy today and was told that they cannot do it now and someone will get back to me in few days, not tomorrow and they cannot tell me exactly when.

My 6 year old labradoodle Casey, has had allergies for years. After trying many things, my vet finally fouind a treatment. I am so grateful to trupanion for covering the expenses! Casey is such a happy puppy now!Thanks Trupanion.
