Embrace is truly amazing. The claims are quick and their customer service team is patient with concerns regarding coverage, paperwork, and questions. And to make matters better, they cover dental work. This is something that my other pet parents don't have with their coverage.

I can truly say that my experience with Embrace has been extraordinary. We feel blessed to find a company that truly cares about you and your pet. After less than a month of having Embrace for my dog “Kaline”, she was infected with a bacteria that put her in the hospital for more than two weeks. Embrace paid our claim in less than two weeks. We are really thankful for Embrace and we recommend this company to everyone.

I am extremely happy with Embrace Pet Insurance. I started my policy in Feb 2016 for my 3 year old cat. This year I had to visit the vet 3 times for both well care and illness situatons. Each time I submitted my claim I immediately received a confirmation, regular status updates, very quick resolution and prompt direct deposit of the covered expenses right into my checking account. My puppy was diagnosed with abnormally in her skull. We had to spend a lot of money with MRI and a brain surgery. We had no problem have a reimbursement from Healthy Paw, the whole process was very easy, we could scan the receipt and send it using our phone, 5 days after reviewing the case they sent us a check. I highly recommend Healthy Paws for any pet owner.

It is not until the emergency, then we appreciate having a safe for our pets as Healthy Paws arises. Our beloved Chloe day dawned paralyzed and showing great pain. Emergency must be operated several herniated discs. At that time emergency valued at $ 4.300, we not skimp to save our beloved French Bulldog Chloe. I have been with this company for almost 10 years, they sometimes pay but not always. So I spend years without submitting a claim, I kept it simply in case of emergencies, but now that my dog is almost 10 and has medical issues they are not covering must of them. When I first got they only had one plan and it covered must every thing, however they stared coming up with different plans to charge more and if you don't keep up with them you end up with less coverage. Unfortunately now I can't go anywhere else and I am stuck paying vet bills and them as well. Last year he went through all of his benefits and didn't even had a medical emergency just for the medications and one or two x rays.

Scooby Doo is 7 years ols. During that time he has had multiple eys issues which eventually resukted in his losing both eyes. all of his treatments have been covered, quickly, efficiently and most of all with consideration for me and my pets. I LOVE Embrace!
