Embrace is just great

I have been a customer for years. We have a multipoo who has been healthy so I really never used Embrace beside through the its wellness reimbursement program. But our little girl started to have kidney and back problems so the veterinarian bills started to appear. Embrace has been wonderful. Bills have been reimbursed in no time. Any contact to their customer service has been handled very fast and efficiently. I know now that I made the right choice when I switched to them years ago.

My Dogs LifeSaver!

I rescued my American Bulldog 3 years ago and he has been a labor of love who seems to be injury prone and susceptible to illness. Two TPLO surgeries, cataract surgery and a couple of very serious bacterial infections which required multiple night hospital stays in 3 years has been stressful, but Healthy Paws has been so supportive and removed the financial stress from treatments which allowed me to focus on healing my boy!

I highly recommend Healthy Paws health insurance.

I cannot praise this company enough.they were here when we needed them. Our dog tore her ACL last week and needed surgery. I turned in all the paperwork to Healthy Paws and payment is already on the way. I highly recommend Healthy Paws for your pet.

Best Pet Insurance of all

Over the years I had two other pet insurance companies for my other pets. I always purchase the best level and neither of those two companies measured up to ASPCA. I highly recommend this company. East claims, covers a lot, fast reimbursement into my checking account and people that care. Thank you!

Love love love Embrace

I've been with Embrace for about 5 years now, and I love it. The premiums are very affordable, and they are VERY quick to process claims. My cat Bender usually likes to get sick once a year, so if I take him to the vet on Saturday, I can expect to have the claim paid off and in my account by Friday. I recommend to everybody who has a pet (or several) as well as my old and new vets.

Good Company, Excellent Service

Embrace has been extremely helpful with all claims and has paid fairly and promptly. My only regret is that I did not select a higher limit when I enrolled my dog -- so I would suggest pet parents to go for the $10,000 or more figure because if you try to change it later, they have to write the policy all over again and if your pet has had any vet bills - in my case it was for diarrhea -- it was considered a pre-existing condition and not covered. So my pup has to go for a year w/o any diarrhea claims in order to have it re-evaluated and then I can increase my limits. So get higher limits. My other suggestion is that they cover laparoscopic neuters. In my case my pup was cryptorchid and I had to neuter him at 21 mos. I would not have otherwise, and it was a condition that was causing him abdominal upsets, yet because it was a neuter, it was only covered as part of the wellness rider, which covers a lot of other things as well, i.e.shots. I chose the $200 wellness add-on and basically got what was left of the $200 for a surgical procedure that cost over $1000. Otherwise it is a very good company and I would highly recommend it.

Whew, What a relief

We had only made two premium payments & our little guy developed pancreatitis. The vet bill was over $1200.00 Since this was the first time we purchased pet insurance we just knew the company was going to figure a way to weasel out of paying the claim. But that most certainly was NOT the case. The claim was paid and we could not be happier with Embrace.Thank you for your integrity and Cooper thanks you too. 🐾

So Glad To Know We Are Covered

Our 3 year old was diagnosed with severe pancreatitis and was hospitalized for 3 days. We were told that he may not survive. He made a healthy recovery but needed his blood count be checked by our vet frequently. After a very stressful three months, he was released with a clean bill of health. The claim was processed and paid quickly and a very friendly and caring representative followed up to see that all was well.
