Kind People During a Difficult Time
Not only are these people really professional in a very appropriate way, but they allowed me to take any thought of cost out of the picture when treating a very terrible feline disease. I have recommended them to anyone who would listen!

Wonderful Coverage
Have had this coverage for both of our King Charles Spaniels for over 6 years. The insurance coverage is better and more comprehensive than what I have for myself! I highly recommend the product.

Satisfied service & quick refund
Had to use ASPCA pet insurance for surgery for my cat over the summer. She had two what turned out to be cancerous cysts removed from her back. Everyone I spoke to at ASPCA's insurance was helpful and courteous, and we were quickly reimbursed for a good portion of the original bill we received from our vet

Worry Free Process
When the Vet said the lump must be removed and biopsied, we were understandably nervous. The cost was so high, but not taking care of our dog was not an option. A credit card was all I could use to cover the costs. Submitting the claim and the subsequent interactions were painless and prompt. I honestly didn't know what to expect but anticipated a difficult time getting reimbursed. The opposite is true. The one thing I didn't have to worry about was paying the bulk of my credit card bill back. Thanks Healthy Paws for making a scary situation manageable.

Great Outcome
I have insurance because my last Golden died of cancer. I just submitted a claim because my dog Jackson had to have his spleen out. After paying for 5 years on 2 dogs this was my first claim. Everything was covered and because I had not submitted a previous claim my deductible was lowered. The process was fast and simple and I received my money very quickly.
Customer service was efficient and the folks I spoke to were friendly.
I would recommend Embrace to everyone with a pet.
PS. Jackson's mass was not cancerous!

Excellent Company!
When my husband and I adopted our puppy we were told by so many people to look into pet insurance. I wasn’t convinced it was necessary but my husband was insistent that we get it. After looking into a few companies we decided on Healthy Paws. Applying for insurance was a breeze and I felt better knowing our dog was protected. After a month my puppy broke her toe in 3 places at the dog park. From the moment we submitted the first claim I was extremely satisfied. The process was so easy and convenient, you snap a picture on your phone and you’re done. You receive your refund check in a matter of days. When we submitted our first claim our vet’s office was required to send our puppy’s medical records. I asked them to but there was a delay so Healthy Paws reached out to them for me. That was such a nice bonus! Fast-forward a few weeks and it was determined that my puppy had a better chance of healing 100% if she had surgery. Healthy Paws reached out to check on her, which I thought was so nice knowing that during a hard time they really did care for her well-being. I am extremely happy with my choice to get Healthy Paws Pet Insurance and I encourage all that are debating to go for it because I know like me you will have no regrets! Such a wonderful company that is easy to navigate and has such an amazing staff!

Very Upset
When we picked up my dog he was healthy and happy. We immediately submitted a VET check sheet for FIGO's record. I signed up for FIGO the day I picked him up (9/18/16). I also submitted a VET CHECK from the Breeder from 9/9/16 stating he was healthy 2 weeks before we got him. Unfortunately 3 days after we picked him up he caught some kennel cough/pneumonia. As this was during the waiting period we did not expect it to be covered and were slammed with a hefty bill from the hospital. He was recovering but then ate some type of toy fur on Friday (9/23/16) and aspirated vomit into his lung. We took him to the vet and he was confident that FIGO would cover this as an accident as a dog throwing up and creating aspiration pneumonia is an accident. FIGO did not cover the aspiration pneumonia and we are extremely upset. They did not even offer to reimburse a portion of it.
I am confident going forward they will help us if an emergency arises.

I <3 My Dogs+Embrace=Peace of Mind
We researched plans and concluded that Embrace was the most affordable, least exploitive and best coverage for our pets. We have a Belgian Malinois and a small rescue. Anyone who loves the Malinois knows that most have a drive as they say, like a "Sheperd on crack". Lola is soon to be 3 and we have definitely had peace of mind knowing she's covered for injuries. Let's just say our vet bills and return from Embrace have exceeded our coverage. Customer service is excellent and refunds are expedient! We learned with our previous Malinois, having no insurance was a mistake. After close to $15,000 vet surgery and bills most of that would have been covered.

WAS there to help
I admit that I had doubts if my "daughter" would be covered. After finding out she had a digestive problem, possible Mega Esophagus. I was beside myself with her health and even if she would live through it. I'm permanently disabled and am on a very low fixed income. The one dog was all I could ever afford with just the regular upkeep in vet bills. She is a mix breed I adopted and love more than life itself! After I submitted my bills, it took a bit for them to do their research. Which I can understand. I did get very slightly less than I thought I would. But it was still quite close to the % of what I can afford to pay for each month. It sure helped a LOT to get part of the money it had cost back! The people you talk with are all so nice and caring. My vet even commented on how easy they are to work with. If you are looking for peace of mind? Even if you are unable to afford all the coverage you would like. Buying the amount that you can afford is still much better than having none at all! I'm sure happy that I bought the ASPCA health insurance that I did. And depending on your income, you can get whatever your needs/wants are!
