During the time of Rocco's illness, it was very stressful but knowing we had pet insurance was a relief. The claim process was easy and put money back in our pocket for the next emergency!

Had two claims for regular vet visits
Had two claims for regular vet visits. Sent in a handwritten receipt for each (our vet is not state of the art!) and claims were approved quickly. I received a check in the mail for each claim quickly as well.

Awesomw
The customer service reps are ver professional, friendly, and very caring about people’s pets. I enjoy getting follow up calls from them after my furbaby Arrow has been seen by the emergency after hours vet. I will never switch pet insurance companies even if the competitor paid me to. ASPCA Pet Insurance is awesome!!!!

Premium Hike is Ridiculous
I am astonished and very disappointed by the huge increase in your Whole Pet with Wellness Plan premium. I used to recommend you to everyone I know but now I cannot do so in good conscience. When figuring in the annual deductible, I will have to pay $120/month.

Coverage of surgery for ingestion
I am largely pleased with my coverage for the recent incident. I have never purchased pet insurance before and did not know what to expect. I was disappointed in the 50% percentage covered of the surgical costs. The purchase of the insurance and the coverage feels like an even expense to reimbursement for this year, though I don't expect anything like this to recur. It leads me to think that insurance is really not necessary and in the long run not worth it. I have two dogs currently insured so I need to rethink this when their policy renewal is due.
