I was going to cancel due to some financial issues, but after talking with the rep I decided to increase my deductible and continue my coverage for my dogs. I had an old claim that I forgot about and she encouraged me to file it. The online claim filing was great and I received my check a week later!

Claims are paid very quickly. As soon as the claim is submitted by my vet, I am sent an email alerting me to the fact that the claim has been received and is in progress. Communication is excellent. Whenever I have a question regarding a claim, I get a very prompt email response.

Embrace has a very easy claim process. I do wish they had direct deposit.

Without Healthy Paws I would have had to put my 2 year old dog down. He ate part of his blanket and needed $5,000 emergency surgery which Healthy Paws covered, no questions asked. They even contacted me afterwards to check on his progress. They've also covered diagnosis and treatment for severe allergies. My rate has increased less than 10% in 2 years. Great service, awesome customer service and very easy to file claims.

Puppy needed her prescription dog food, heartworm and flea/tick meds. Stopped in this afternoon to pick it up and 3 hrs later I get an email from Embrace letting me know my claim has been covered.
