This past claim was one of the easiest I have had, which honestly is the only reason I decided to continue insurance coverage after the conversations and situation I had on the previous claim which was completely terrible.

The UI interface is really convenient
They have more options (deductibles and limits), when I bought it at least.
The time of claims reimbursement might be longer (3-4 weeks), not sure since this one is my first pet Insurance. I just checked the reviews online and limit options when buying.
The GUI is pretty simple and easy for submitting claims.
Overall I like it.

Amazing claim service
My girl blew out her CCL and needed TPLO surgery. I submitted the claim the day after surgery and within a week I knew how much I would be reimbursed and received the monies a few days after that. These folks even called to see how she was doing. This whole process was fast, efficient and stress free. I highly recommend ASPCA pet insurance. Now I can just focus on the recovery process.

Good coverage, but increasing costs????????
The coverage we currently have is pretty darn good, but we just received a notice stating that the premiums are going up yet again! This time the prices are nearly doubling; so what's the deal Nationwide? There's no need for such dramatic increases; be prepared for a mass exodus!
