This is why I have Pet Insurance
Having Embrace pet insurance took the financial worry out of a resent illness. As we all know going to the vet is costly and when you are repeatly going for a illness the bills add up quickly. The customer service is first class. I really appreciated the follow through from the customer service represntatives on the my claims status. They covered all the expensed I expected them to cover. I never regretted having this coverage for my beloved pet.

Easy Insurance
So far my Embrace experience has been good. The claims are easy to send in and the company keeps me informed of the process. My first claim took quite a while to process, but they let me know they were behind but were indeed working on it. My later claim took no time at all. So far they have covered all that I expected. Very pleased so far with my first year of coverage.

quick and efficient
first time having pet insurance but we got a newfoundland puppy and figured we better get some insurance. Have submitted two claims on her wellness benefits and the people at Embrace were very quick in letting me know they received the claim and then very good about letting me know when the money would be in my account. So far very happy with our choice of insurance for our puppy.

Toe Digit removed-injured claws kept growing back
The vet diagnosed that because of a past injury that our dog would keep growing a "damaged" (fragile) tone nail that would keep breaking and require operations to remove the damaged toe nail about every 2 months (at $300 a visit). We had the last digit of that toe removed and now Jewel is happy and has no issues!
