My cat needed to go to the vet for a kidney stone, throwing up, etc. last minute. After taking her, I was able to file the claim extremely easy. First I printed out the documents to fill out, but then realized I did not even need to do that. I just needed the bill and that was it. I did not expect for the claims to be processed as quickly as it was, it took about a day. I have had Nationwide pet insurance since I got Gracie as a puppy. I could not be happier. They pay promptly and cover most of her claims. Gracie has had several illnesses common to her breed and Nationwide has covered them promptly. I have recommended the company to a friend and they are pleased also
