We are thrilled with Caitlin's Healthypaws insurance. She is just 2 years old but has already had major surgery and an illness requiring ICU admission. I have 6 Cats, (AKA, my Fur Babies)Insured with this Health Plan. I chose the Insurance Plan that covers Wellness as well as illness or injury. I bring my Fur Babies yearly for an annual exam, I am a stronger believer in preventive medicine. When I submit a claim for Wellness Exam, I am quickly reimbursed by the Insurance Plan. Two of my Fur Babies have been treated for illness, knowing I had Pet Insurance gave me comfort, as treatment can be costly. After the Claim Forms were submitted, I was very pleased with the turn around time in which I received reimbursement as well as the amount of the reimbursement that I received. Thanks very much!

Although I was not contacted to inform me that the invoice didn't attach in the email Embrace staff quickly requested it from my vet. When I emailed about the issue I received fast responses and everything was fixed quickly and the claim was processed.
