Excellent insurance!

Trupanion has been great for our family. Our mini Aussie, Pippin developed an auto-immune disease this spring. He was very sick but has had a nice recovery, thankfully. He has to get regular blood work to monitor his health. I submit the claim as soon as we go to the vet and within a day or two I am reimbursed by Trupanion. I wish human medical insurance was this easy!

Disappointed

I never received an email or text as to whether or not my claim was accepted. I looked it up myself and found that it wasn’t but no reason as to why it wasn’t, especially since I previously submitted a similar claim. Disappointing.
