Molly B is my pug who recently had a surgery because she ate a stick in our yard. I have had insurance a few years back for Miss B of which covered nothing except for 20 dollars here and there. I was so pleasantly surprised when the insurance covered most of MOlly B's foreign object surgurey. The company is super prompt, easy to submit claims and user friendly. I highly recommend this insurance and will be keeping it.

I really like this insurance company. I submitted my claim on 11-20-2016 and received notification that the claim was completed on 11-30-2016. The deductible is only $100 per dog per year and I will receive 90% of my claim. I honestly wish that I could use this insurance for myself!! The process is very straightforward (only one page to fill out) and as noted above, I received my reimbursement 10 days after submitting the claim. I also like that a rep calls after your claim is processed to tell you that the claim is available and to ask how your dog is doing. The people at the company seem to have a genuine interest in the health of your dog. I HIGHLY recommend this insurance company to someone who needs affordable insurance for their pets.

We have a 12+ year old French Bulldog. I began monthly Healthy Paws Insurance when she was about 10 years old. They do not cover pre-existing conditions, and I understood that going in. She had never exhibited breathing issues. Last month her ability to breath properly suddenly deteriorated. We did our research and decided the best and perhaps only option was soft palate laser surgery. It was a very difficult choice and a very stressful week for our old, but tough girl. A week later and she is doing fantastic! Not the choice everyone would make, I'm sure. Almost as fantastic as her recovery has been Healthy Paws. They have covered everything they said they would. To a dollar. WHAT A RELIEF! They are also extremely efficient: claims were processed immediately and checks sent. It's an absolute pleasure to work with an insurance company that does not try to thwart you. A rare breed these days. Highly recommended. Our 3 1/2 year old German shepherd Jaxx tore the CCL in his knee. Jaxx's surgery went well and before the stitches were even removed Healthy Paws let me know they'd be sending me a check for 90 % of the bill! What a relief!
