My Ridgeback had a tumor rempved from her leg (benign, thank goodness).My ASPCA insurance reimbursed me a sizable amount in a relatively short period of time. The handling of this case from processing to reimbursement was stellar. I was very happy that I had this coverage.

It is such a simple process: you take a photo of your invoice and upload it via the app. In a few days they let you know how much you will be reimbursed and you receive a check a few days after that. Plus they actually care about animals. After our dog had to undergo an endoscopy they wrote a week or so later to check in on his progress. You'd never get that level of attention from aetna or Blue Shield.

Healthy Paws has covered our two pups for over five years. They have consistently processed claims expeditiously during that time and have been very responsive to our questions/concerns. Our Lab, Figgie, recently underwent knee surgery, totaling $4,668.90. I filed the claim through their website on Friday and it was processed by Sunday afternoon. Healthy Paws covered the entire claim with no questions asked. Check was received ($4,202.01, reflecting their 90% responsibility) within four days. They even followed up to see how she was doing and offered to help with her rehab. Can't ask for better service than that! Very pleased with them.

I have nothing bad to say about this company. They have been nothing but amazing ever since my one year old cat developed seizures. It gives me peace of mind knowing that she's covered.

I am SO thankful that I got Healthy Paws Pet Insurance when we got our dog. My dog has gotten sick a few times (nothing major), but it was nice to have the tests and medicine covered. Recently, my dog was attacked while out on his morning walk. It was a major wound that needed 2 surgeries. The total of all my animal hospital bills quickly added up to $5,000 and boy am I SO GLAD that I have Healthy Paws. They covered $4,200 of the bills!!! Called to check the Status of a submitted claim. Representative that helped, put me on hold shortly and found and adjuster who was able to file my claim that same evening and the refund was processed.

Ethel is a rescue dog and came with some health issues and very nervous. To being her back to her true dog self has taken a few trips to the vet and she is now a different dog. Great for Ethel ... yes but the insurance has been a major help for her new owners so it really is win win for everyone ASPCA are helpful, kind and a very friendly group, Recommend them to anyone.

Mr T is our Cavalier King Charles, and a member of our family. We also had Feather, our Golden Retriever. We began with ASPCA insurance later in Feather's life, but earlier in Mr T's. When Feather abruptly died a couple of summer's ago, ASPCA insurance reached out to let us know they felt for our loss. And, then, Mr T was diagnosed with congestive heart failure. This is a chronic illness that requires layers of periodic procedures and medication to insure Mr T is living as high a quality of life as possible in the moment. It gets expensive, and ASPCA insurance has made that expense less through the many claims it has fulfilled for us. Knowing that we can provide him with good therapies, and watching him continue to do things like walk through the park, and even run after the occasional squirrel makes us feel good. I appreciate the caring people whom I speak with and their willingness to help me figure out the best strategies for making the right decisions about Mr T.

Our rescue puppy just had a very complex knee surgery, which was very expensive. Healthy Paws was fantastic. They have always responded right away whenever I have had questions, and I have never had any trouble with submitted claims. They are very clear about what is and is not covered. We have been really happy with Healthy Paws.
