Great Experience

Cheers for Embrace

I really appreciate how easy it is with Embrace to handle the (normally aggravating) paperwork of filing a claim. I tell everyone I hear grumbling about the cost of pets about the satisfaction I have gotten working with Embrace.

Jasper My 6.5 Year Old Schnood…

Jasper my 6.5 year old Schnoodle jumped off of the bed. He was limping but I could not detect anything. It was a day before I found the reason for the limping. His index toe was swollen and purple which was hidden by his fluffy hair. Doc thought he broke the toenail where it connected into the bone, after X-rays we found that is was a bad sprain that opened and infected. Thank Goodness that was all it was. With medication and soaking Jasper is good as new. Thank you so much Pets Best. I am so glad that I found you. It took a broken leg of another dog to search for a good pet insurance. I feel that after searching out many other insurances this was the best and you confirmed that I was right. It was easy to figure out what I wanted in insurance and when I needed you it was very easy to file a claim. Thank you"

Useless

In 2yrs they managed to decline every single claim from teeth cleaning to ear infection and many other issues that it's always found to be "pre-existent"

Amazing company

It is amazing to be able to rely in good companies like Embrace. They commit in their reimbursement and they they cover everything they promise. I always recommend them to my friends with furry kids!

I Am Really Pleased Of The Fas…

I am really pleased of the fastest way of responding to my claims. I was really surprised, I was expecting a long wait but they were resolve in a matter of days. The best decision I made was to sing for my pets insurance with PestBest thank you.

Lost Claim

The 12th of January is when the claim was sent when we called go verify the claim. They stated they never received it and after going through emails and going back and forth. My wife was deployed and it took her coming back making phone calls and then getting our claim through. I called to confirm the receipt of the claim and was told it would be handled only to call again after a month. With my wife to go through it after her deployment.
