Reduces my stress

Sammy is a great dog but he is having allergy issues and vet is treating until he is 2 yrs old and can then be tested. I am thankful for Best being a good support to us and reducing the stress and worry of how do we pay for our Sammy's care.

Everyone should have Pet Insurance

Best possible for our pets. I don't have to think twice about getting them medical care. My plan is very good. just wish it cover lifelong medication needs.

Our Abby has had her share of medical issues, I say THANK YOU everyday for having Pet Insurance through Nationwide!!

I want to thank Nationwide for taking care of this past claim for testing for Cushing Disease for Abby. She was diagnosed last fall with Cushing's Disease and had the total test sent to the University of Tennessee Endocrinology Lab. My understanding we needed to have this test to determine the type and severity of her disease. She was placed on the chemo drug Lysodren for the last several months to treat her. Our vet strongly suggested she have another one of these tests to see where she was in the process of her treatment and this test was the only way to determine how well or effective the drug was. Thankfully we did it, she is now considered in remission at this time and continuing to give her the chemo drug Lysodren longer than we needed to could have resulted in some damage. I was so thankful that the Nationwide Pet Insurance policy I have for Abby covered this expensive test for her again. Now Abby is taking Lignan and Melatonin as maintenance supplements. We are hopeful she will remain in remission for a while!! Thank you Nationwide!!

Ease and Responsive

Always takes care of my needs with my dog

I am glad I chose ASPCA as my dogs health insurance ! You guys do a great job at making sure you approve the claims . The only thing I would say is I would like to see the claims get approved at a more timely matter with the direct deposit reimbursement money in my account . It’s hard cause we have to pay the vet out of pocket with funds I do not have so I put the bill on a credit card and I only have so much time to get that paid off . Thanks ! Everything else has been lovely ! You guys do a good job at answering all questions right away when I call or getting back to me :)
