We are so pleased with Nationwide Pet Insurance
When our dog first joined our family, we started using Trupanion Pet Insurance. We were so disappointed in our experience that we struggled with the idea of using pet Insurance at all. A friend recommended Nationwide, and switching was the greatest decision we could have made. Our doggie baby has, unfortunately, been experiencing a rough year (heath-wise), and Nationwide has been so helpful. Thank you!

Claims process is easier
It seems that the claims process is easier now that Trupanion has all my pets info. My regular vet does not have direct pay but at least now they are more used to faxing my info in a timely manner to Trupanion and then I am reimbursed in a day or so.Area specialists do have direct pay which is really helpful especially at the Emergency Vet

Too long to get reimbursement, still waiting.
Usually you are pretty good but waiting a long time recently for reimbursements. Alos low reimbursements on some things like shots and office visits. I will look at other insurane when I get new pets. I have been with you for a long, long time with two pets.
