Well worth the long term investment
I have been paying for my dog, Cooper s insurance since he was 7 and his brother passed of cancer. Now that he is 10 and has developed diabetes, Trupanion is there for me. Well worth the long term investment.

Emma is feeling great now!
I am most impressed by Nationwide Pet's customer service and expediency in processing claims. The explanation of benefits are very easy to read and understand. I am very happy with the insurance coverage afforded to my little Yorkie, Emma, by Nationwide Pet.

PetsBest is great
PetsBest has been great to work with. The claims (3 during the past 3months) were easy to file , paid promptly, and with an easy to understand EOB (explanation of benefits). I worked with another highly rated insurance company of few years ago with a different pet. I will just say that it was not a pleasant experience. I will always insure my pets with PetsBest due to the way this company handles claim. Very reliable, honest company.

Just lost our 8 year old German Shepperd to spinal meningitus. VCA Hospital in Fishers, Indiana recommended Trupanion.
New to the company, but have heard nothing but great things about it.

Easy-to-use coverage for your fur kid!
Pets best was a big help when Luciano Snugglepuss had cancer. Now they are at the ready through Max's chronic kidney disease. I'd recommend Pets Best for anyone looking for reasonable, easy-to-use coverage for your fur kid!

Do not buy this pet insurance
I turned in 2 claims. Received no feedback as to whether or not they would be paid. After 2 1/2 months I called. I was told the insurance does not cover diabetes because I have a “basic” policy. They never fail to take $45 out of my account each month but can’t even respond to several emails I sent them regarding the claims. I cancelled the insurance. Worthless!

Thanks to Petsbest for getting our pet the care she needs
Our little Gracie has asthma and has to take treatments. She is on two different meds one of which is expensive. Thanks to Petsbest we can afford to give her the life saving treatments and keep her with us.
