I am so thankful that I have Pets Best Insurance. They are so easy to deal with and it is a relief to know that when my Oliver gets sick that Pets Best is here to help cover my expenses. It is also super easy to file a claim.

The claim process is easily completed online. Response to submitted claims is prompt. I also like the direct deposit.

We have had several claims for our boxer, Molly. All where handled professionally and expeditiously! Plus there is routine followup by Embrace staff to ensure that our reimbursements were received. Sadly our medical doctors aren't as attentive!! Tony and Molly

I have only had this insurance for less than a year & I am so happy and pleased with everything from the customer service to the ease of sending in claims......I highly recommend this company.

The Claims Process, itself, was ok. However, I will never understand why conditions such as anal gland impactions and dental issues are not covered. Both conditions can lead to serious medical issues (perianal fistulas from anal gland infections, and heart/kidney issues from dental problems.) Both of these conditions, when treated proactively, can avoid serious problems. When left untreated, larger medical costs will be incurred to to PetsBest. Totally incomprehensible!!!

Each time I have sent in a claim I have received swift acknowledgement and fast service as well as informative explanations. Thank you.

My experience with Embrace Pet insurance sofar has been good. They are knowledgable, friendly, and prompt in their services. I would reccommend them to other pet owners

My greyhound became critically ill very quickly after ingesting a foreign body. She required expensive emergency surgery to remove the foreign body. Knowing that I had insurance through Healthy Paws, I did not hesitate to go forward with the surgery. Without the surgery, my dog would have died. The day after the surgery, while my dog was still in ICU, I contacted Healthy Paws and advised them of the situation. They began immediately obtaining the necessary records from the veterinarians. I easily uploaded the final invoices into the Healthy Paws app and was promptly reimbursed under the terms of my policy,within 7-10 business days. The reimbursement process was very easy and I am thankful for that as I could focus my attention to my pet, rather than to my claim.

My 11 month old chocolate lab ate plastic that he shouldn't have and required a number of X-rays and a scope to remove jagged pieces from his stomach. I was able to count on Healthy Paws and made the best decision for my baby that was covered by his insurance. Getting pet insurance was one of the best decisions that I have ever made and it submitting my claim with the Healthy Paws app was simple and painless. It was approved same day and my check came in less than a week. They even followed up to see how Oliver was feeling.
