Rapid claim processing; responsive staff
My claim was processed quickly and professionally. When I had questions, employees answered them promptly. Many people have told me that pet insurance is a rip-off. Perhaps most of the plans are, but not Trupanion. This has been money well spent.

First Claim
The claim filing process was very easy. I knew that I would not be reimbursed because I had not met my deductible yet, but filed anyway in the even that my pet needed further treatment and the bill ended up being much larger.
