My dog Justino was recently diagnosed with a malignant form of skin melanoma. We were never expected to be told our beloved dog had cancer when we took him to the vet to check the bump on his face. The news were shocking, he has always been so healthy and he was acting as usual!! Thankfully we acted fast so the cancer did not spread but we had to move quickly with the protocol suggested by the doctors: surgery, melanoma vaccines and radiations. We were so thankful to have Healthy Paws on our side. My husband and I could get the best options for Justi and focus on his treatment and recovery knowing that we had this amazing insurance to take care of the financial part. It was a heavy load removed from our shoulders. Pet parents have enough to worry about when our furry babies are sick and you do not need to be stressed about where the money for their treatment will be coming from. Besides the customer service was amazing, they were always helpful and checking on how Justi was doing. We are very grateful! Thank you Healthy Paws!

I was amazed at the ease of filing my claim online. We always hope we may never need this insurance but it is god sent. I had a serious health scare with my cat and the money I had to spend was equal to my rent. I am so thankful for this ASPCA insurance plan.!!! Got my refund in about 5-6 days!!!

A really great insurance. My cat (who we rescued) is only 6 months and I really wanted to give her the best care and this insurance really helped me get her the shots she needed. The company is very helpful in everyway and easy to talk with.

Figo lives up to the hype. Their customer service is top notch. Very fast response time. The app is user friendly and convenient. My last claim was processed literally in less than 3 hours. When purchasing pet insurance, I definitely shopped around. Figo had the best rates + deductible + reimbursement that I found for my dog.

My pets are my kids, and I have the best coverage with Trupanion. I have no fear when it comes to whether or not they will be covered for certain procedures. The agents are always kind and respectful, and very understanding when it comes to the health of your pet. Recently, my dog, Junebug was diagnosed with bladder cancer. Trupanion's staff sent me a beautiful get well card addressed to Junebug. It brought tears to my eyes. I will recommend this company, and I have already to anyone that I meet that has a pet.

If it was not for Nationwide Pet Insurance we would have to put down COCO Bean because would not have the money to pay for all of bills. We thank God that we can ford to pay for her Ins because she is still with us today.

Do not. Repeat, DO NOT use these people. I registered my pup and received a month of the free insurance. I had planned on keeping the insurance. I was sent an email asking me to validate the policy. I did. Unfortunately, my pup got ill a week or so later. After 3 weeks of vets and treatment I was going to use the policy. I called and they said the policy was not activated. I explained what I had done when I got the email. “Sorry, policy was not activated.” I venture a guess that every policy is not activated if you actually call to use it. I venture that this is just a ploy so they can get out of the policy. Anyway. I will not be using this company. As is most insurance companies they simply want your money and do whatever they can to never pay for the services you think you have. Companies will use anything, even your love of your pets, to try and get your money for nothing. AKC pet insurance just lost a customer.
