I'm a first time dog owner and was told by many friends that pet insurance was an important thing to have. It didn't take a lot of research to realize how highly regarded Healthy Paws is. Their rates were low and signing up was ultra easy. Thankfully our Charlie has been mostly happy and healthy but we did have a weekend that concerned us; he wasn't eating and his energy was gone. We ran him into the vet and he did, in fact, have a bug. We caught it early and got him on treatment instantly. Soon enough he was back to his bouncy loving self. The process for filing a claim with Healthy Paws was simple, and their response was incredibly fast. Having the peace of mind, knowing our pup has access to top-level health care, allows us to breathe easy as pet parents. I'm glad we went with Healthy Paws and would highly recommend them to anyone.

We can't be grateful enough to Healthy Paws. When we first heard of pet insurance, we thought, how silly—but we signed up anyway because so many fur parents encouraged us to. And now we know why. Our precious five-year-old dog recently had to go to the ER vet maybe 5 times in two weeks because her face kept swelling up with a big hard mass. Healthy Paws was there for us all the way, and she finally had an MRI and surgery, which we could not have done if it weren't for Healthy Paws. We also have an upcoming CCL surgery, but given Healthy Paws history, we are no longer as worried about the cost. The claims are so easy to file with the app, and they process them so quickly. And the reimbursement check arrives very soon after the claim is processed! They are so incredibly efficient—if only health insurance for humans could be as efficient.

Great insurance company. So easy to file a claim using their mobile app and a very quick turnaround time for getting paid. The only thing that would be even better would be if they offered well care. When one of my dogs passed, they sent me a condolence card hand signed by their employees!
