I would never consider another insurer. Fast, efficient, and caring!

Prompt, efficient, smooth, and no arguments. If only other kinds of insurance were this painless especially for dogs, I'd recommend buying an Embrace policy right after you Getty your puppy's first leash and collar.

Came around to Embrace when my dog was already a senior, and wish I'd found them sooner. Now in second year of policy on my 11-year-old lab, and after several transactions I can definitively say they are an excellent company. I like that I had a list in hand of excluded pre-existing conditions when we started, and I like that they've kept their word about coverage without some of the shenanigans other companies have trotted out. Thought their annual premium increase was reasonable, and they are always fast to respond to questions. Best of all, I don't get e-mails about how they're delaying a claim pending additional paperwork. More pet insurance companies should follow their lead.

Very disappointed with outcome of appeal.

Tasha had numerous illnesses over her life, the last being cancer. Trupanion allowed Tasha to live comfortable for as long as possible. We would not have been able to cover the medical expenses without this coverage. I would also like to thank the many claim handlers who helped us. Each were very professional, understanding and caring. I recommend Trupanion to anyone who loves their pet!
