Great Pet Insurance
I've found the ASPCA customer service to be prompt and effective in their responses. Claims are dealt with quickly. Dealing with them has been totally trouble free. A pleasure.

So thankful
Our AB mix had to have an emergency splenectomy in the early hours of a sunday morning. Thank god for healthy paws! Once they received the claim (we used the app and love it) it was processed and we received a check a few days later for 80% of the vet bill. THEN a week after Fitzgerald got home we received and email from them checking on how his recovery was going. That is customer service and people who care, I was already a happy customer but that sealed the deal. I recommend them to everyone I know who has a pet.

Our vet suggested Trupanion pet insurance on our fur babies first appointment. We looked into it, chose the level we wanted, and have Ben extremely happy ever since.
