Improved is not really the word. I do understand that the $$$ paid on the knee for the cruciate is done and that now anything going forward will not be paid? Got it, arthritis is a side effect of the knee injury and therefore no further payments will be made. X-rays were taken to insure everything was still in place as we had unexplained limping so I saw this as a separate issue. So when shopping for insurance not really sure how to account to insure one is covered. Not saying insurance claim was wrong, just not sure going forward if anything having to do with knees is now insured even thou there now could be issues that are now age related, not due to a previous cruciate repair which should actually have reduced the amount of issues going forward.

Embrace has been great!

Anyone looking for pet insurance should seriously consider Embrace. It's reasonably priced and you get to customize your plan to include or not include "wellness". I've included "wellness" which more than pays for itself just getting the preventative prescriptions for heart worm and ticks. They let you know as soon as they receive a claim then communicate status very promptly. Couldn't feel better about this plan.

Very grateful for Embrace Pet Insurance
I have pet insurance for my rescue dog and I'm so glad I did. He tore his ACL and needed surgery and I wouldn't have been able to afford it without this insurance. It was a life saver! Thank you Embrace!

good service
I've had pet insurance with ASPCA for 12 years and it was one of the best decisions for Bailey. He is a Lab with a curious sense of adventure and appetite. He recently decided to eat some unsavory items which left him with diarrhea. He is back to himself now and we are always happy to receive some form of reimbursement in the mail - it's nice that ASPCA calls to check up on him too.

Surprisingly easy and smooth process
I was surprised how easy it was to file a claim, how much they covered and how quickly I was reimbursed. Really impressed. I had a different pet insurance in the past and that one didn't compare to ASPCA. Highly recommend.

Easiest Pet Insurance & The Best Pet Insurance
Simply put, you can not go wrong whether your claim is accepted or denied you know why. Your accepted claims are directly deposited to your account. When further information is needed you are not required to be the middle person they directly reach out to the care provider of the pet and get the details they need.
