I would like to thank everyone who sent the sympathy card recently following the death of my beloved kitty, Sarah. She is my little baby girl, and losing her was heartbreaking. I don't have anyone who acknowledged her loss, or my sadness, except for all of you who sent the card and your heartwarming sentiments. I can't say enough how much that meant to me. THANK YOU!! Embrace has covered the cost of his care quickly and efficiently.
My dog had a mass on his side which was removed. The biopsy showed that he has hemangiosarcoma. Embrace handled all the claims for his care very quickly. I have been impressed with how they have responded.

I was amazed at how much time Carmen spent with me explaining everything thoroughly.
I was amazed at how much time Carmen spent with me, explaining everything thoroughly. But even more important, was the obvious care and concern that I could feel from the way she spoke to me and how she wanted to assist me. She also spent time speaking with a person another department who was able to resolve the issue immediately. This person‘s name was Jasmine. I can honestly say that I have never spoken to a customer service representative who is better. She has a terrific representative of your company.

Peace of mind and very good coverage
I researched and compared several pet insurance providers before my new puppy came home. I chose Nationwide because it had a variety of options, and the Wellness option was important to me. I have been very pleased with the coverage and service received, and this gives me peace of mind . I have recommended Nationwide to my friends.
