They care about the health of my babies
My pup Huff has had health issues from early on and Embrace was there and reacently he has a rare health issue that has required a lot of vet time and expence and it will be a continuning health problem embrace has stood by us 100% The clam was quick and payment was sent out quickly and can't say enough about how good they are. Having a bad health issue is horrible but it helps knowing there is an insurance company that is willing to stand by you and they are great. Can't thank them enough

The best pet insurance
I have had pet insurance with two different companies prior to Embrace. Even though it's a bit more expensive, it's well worth it and is better than the previous companies. The claims are processed quickly and reimbursement is also made promptly. I especially like the personalized and friendly responses from representatives, and the frequent updates on claim status.

I could not be more pleased.
As my 2 year old Bernese Mountain Dog progressed through three veterinarians and two surgeries for removal of a mast cell tumor, Embrace Pet Insurance was with us every step of the way. The staff at Embrace is so efficient, yet personable, that it's almost like dealing with family members. Personal response to emails is very prompt. And because you can select from different types of plans and deductibles when purchasing, there are no surprises when the payments are received. I would suggest that anyone reviewing pet health care insurance plans contact Embrace. I have had coverage through them on two dogs for almost three years and could not be more pleased.

Thankful for Healthy Paws!!
My first experience filing a claim came when my 2 year old pitbull torn her ACL and needed surgery. Healthy Paws made the process so simple and have called and emailed to check on Coco's recovery. I couldn't ask for anything more. Their genuine concern for pets shows through!!! Your coverage has truly been a blessing.

great pet insurance to have!
Our 10 plus years old beagle corgi was diagnosed with oral cancer. It, of course, was devastating news, but at least having Trupanion Insurance takes a lot of the stress out of the medical costs associated with this disease. We are free to take the best care of our beloved companion. Trupanion is fast on paying claims, has friendly and helpful customer service, and you get to choose your own deductible. I would strongly recommend them for your beloved pet. Don't be caught with high and unexpected Vet bills. Call Trupanion today.

Older Cats Not Eligible for Continuing Care Option
I had no idea this product did not offer continuing coverage for chronic conditions treated in the prior policy year. It was not discussed at the time of purchase and I only found out after I had cancelled my cats from Pets Best and signed up for ASPCA. This is just beyond the pale of business ethics. My cats had coverage (but no chronic conditions) under Pets Best but I was dissatisfied with Pets Best per incident deductible policy so switched to ASPCA. Now my cats with chronic conditions treated in 2012 will have preexisting conditions for other pet insurance policies. DO NOT PURCHASE ASPCA if YOUR PET IS NOT QUALIFIED FOR CONTINUING CARE POLICY. And ask if that policy expires at a certain age. The rep I just spoke to was so rude in telling me this was in my policy issued in 2011 (after I cancelled my Pets Best insurance) - like that helped after I had no option at that point. VERY DECEIVING business PRACTICE.
