Easy process with app and fast reimbursement process
I use the app to submit claims and have no trouble submitting and getting reimbursements in a timely manner. It's been super simple. It's been a really easy process and nice to not have to worry about that aspect of things when my pet was sick.

Prompt and Thoughtful Service
Nationwide's claim service is very easy to use and issues payments quickly! I'm also very pleased with emails following up on the status of my claims as well as a personalized email about their concern for my pet's recent illness.

submitting a claim is easy and customer service was awesome!
The claim process is very easy but I had just one issue on my first claim. Customer service was extremely helpful and pleasant. Unfortunately, we've had a very sick dog this fall. Submitting the claims and getting paid was so easy! It helped ease a stressful time.

So helpful when I have a sick dog!
Early Sunday morning my oldes newf started exhibiting signs of a UTI. It rapidly got worse and I took her to the vet ER. Test, fluids, meds and we were sent home only to have her start vomiting and would not eat or drink. 4 hours later back to the ER and she was in ICU for 2 days. She is doing very well now and thanks to Pets Best, I knew they were there to lessen the stress of the vet bill. They have always been prompt and helpful! I am so happy to have them!

Long claim turnaround
Overall, the experience went well and I was granted the amount that I had put in for. I thought that the length of time it took to process the claim was a bit long. I thought I had read a review about this insurance company that said the wait time was two days and it took a full week for the claim to be processed.

Exceeded my expectations
Our dog has been very healthy even though he is a senior. Then out of the blue, he tore his cruciate ligament in a hind leg. We were sad for him and worried about his quality of life. Despite the injury, he was good otherwise. It was hard to watch him hobble around and our vet said he’d get worse with out a procedure to repair his leg joint issue. The procedure cost mid-four figures, so very expensive for us. Luckily we had pet insurance. We were reimbursed 90% of his cost minus the deductible. There was never a dispute and the online filing was not too complicated. It is nice to find insurance that provides as promised in the marketing material. Our dog is on the mend and we are thankful.

Good/Easy Claim Service ... but expensive premiums.
My last claim was handled well, and the ability to file via email is great. However, I am at a point that I may not be renewing in the future. This is the second time I had your insurance (two dogs) for about 15 years. But, due to increases in premiums over the years it has become a much larger potion of my retirement income.

Dog had blood work for annual heart worm check
Claim was completely quickly and everything was explained well. Everything was covered per the expectations I had going into the visit. So far, good company to deal with.
