Claim process both fast and easy.
I had to take my dog to the emergency vet - he is absolutely fine now. The most surprising thing was receiving the reimbursement from the claim in less than ten days. This is my second dog insured with Nationwide and I have recommended them to everyone I know with a pet. The claim process is fast and easy. And the customer service and follow up is excellent.

Fast and efficient claim service
I've been covered by Healthy Paws for many years, including the last 8 for my current cat. I've recently had to submit a series of claims for a recent issue, and the process couldn't be easier. I simply access their website and upload the vet invoice. If they need clarification, I assume they contact the vet, because I've never had to substantiate the claim. Within 2-3 days they have processed the claim and direct deposited the payment into my account. They cover everything except the doc's fee (I have 90% coverage) and there is a $100 annual deductible. And of course they don't cover pre-existing conditions.

I think the Pet Insurance and the Customer Service is tops, and Thank you for sending check ups on my best friend 'Jasper'.
Anytime I have had a question and needed to call, the calls have always been answered promptly and whatever customer rep I have talked with has always been courteous and knowledgeable and over the years I have mentioned to hundreds of people that I think Pet Insurance through you is the best. Keep up the good work. Jasper is doing much better after his last visit, took all his medicine and doing great, other than he says it is time for his haircut, but with COVID-19 they are not doing grooming, and he is a bit ticked. He loves to look good!!! He is so spoiled, but so worth it.

Nationwide's new portal has made it even easier to submit claims. I also love the ease of the funds transfer directly to my bank account.
