A Sunday Emergency For Our Pet…
A Sunday emergency for our pet is never something you want to go through. No matter the costs we know she is worth it. The ease in submitting my claim, the promptness of response and quickness in payment made the decision to use this company the right one!!!

The condition of a laceration with poor healing or in Sophie"s case due to low platelets.
The condition of a laceration with poor healing or in Sophie"s case due to low platelets. Several months ago Sophie was treated for complications of platelets which resulted in rectal and lower bowel bleeding also due to platelets. When I took Sophie to Boca Vet, Dr Hack said that her lesion was not healing quickly enough, and she recommended suturing the wound to aid in her poor healing. I had just paid $1,000 to cover her deductible for poor healing.[platelets] This cut on her back was not healing properly and that's why a scratch needed closure. I didn't have another $1,000 to cover another deductible for the same underlying cause. Now I cant get the VET to explain what I've said is correct but I am not wrong. I've been a physician since 1976 so I know the function of platelets. I will find another Vet but whether I get a new insurance company will depend on if you get another hematologist to analyze what I*'m saying. If Sophie's cut was fresh and not compounded by poor healing, then I would agree that this was an unrelated occurrence. That was not the clinical situation in this case and I fault Dr Hect for not stating the clinical, hematological truth. If you will reconsider the coverage I will take her to Coral Springs Hospital for revaluation..I await your revaluation. Thank you.

Embrace Claim Review
Everything went smoothly. The Vet faxed over my paperwork. I received an email from Embrace the paperwork arrived, and then a few days later that the claim was being reviewed. Lastly, I got an email that the claim was processed and complete. No issues, which was great.
I've been a member for 10 years and I have had not problems.

Reliable, hassle free, with easy claim submission.
I rate ASPCA 10/10 for their timeliness and insurance coverage. My 2 year Pomeranian underwent hernia surgery and all costs where eliageable for refund. I'm extremely satistified with how easy it was for me to submit my claims and receive my percent of refund back. I would defiantly recommend!

Healthy Paws - Best Pet Insurance
Healthy Paws has been a great company to deal with. They process all claims quickly and are very honest. We almost lost our dog to a poisonous toad. Without insurance, this would have been very expensive and stressful. I highly recommend Healthy Paws. It only takes one major incident to really set you back. The insurance is worth it!
