Excellent Customer Service
I was very impressed with the customer service. I procrastinated buying pet insurance, and I am so glad I did. About two months after I purchased insurance, my dog bloated and had an emergency GDV and then had complications after surgery which put him in the hospital for two days over Easter weekend. Embrace processed our claims very quickly. I did have one of his claims get denied that shouldn't have been. I called and explained the claim, and they opened the claim back up and fixed it right away. I would definitely recommend this insurance company to any pet owners.

System issue
Alice tried her best to help me but as a Trupanion consumer I find your system difficult to wade through to get meaningful information. For instance, when you confirm you are going to pay a bill why do you not identify the original date of service? I am completely lost in the middle of a stack of printouts of communications from Trupanion about a chain of claims even though I've kept real time records of when I paid my clinic �x� amount of dollars. You are so close to having it right. But I'm lost.

Have always been fast to answer any questions I’ve had and are very quick with sending a check for my claims... and my dog has had many many... GREAT INSURANCE IF YOU HAVE AN ENGLISH BULLDOG!!!

I'm still confused on the rules of converting a trial
I'm still confused on the rules of converting a trial, I've been told waiting period are waived if converted during trial and also told that only applies if you do it within 24 hrs?

My experience with Trupanion was “comforting.
My experience with Trupanion was “comforting.” When my pet is ill, I don’t want to argue or try to justify or explain vet procedures or costs to an insurance company. I like that Trupanion was fast in approving my claim with no hassles or headaches. The only thing I would have different is authorize direct deposit as opposed to having Trupanion send me a check. Thank you, Trupanion. You are truly sanity in this insane world.
