I have had 2 dealings with your company and have been more than satisfied. You people are so easy to deal with. I wish the HUMAN insurance companys should be like you. Poor Communication
Filed a claim and uploaded the necessary documents however Embrace said claim couldn't be processed because they did not look to see if the invoices were online. They suspended my claim however the necessary documents were available if they checked.

Embrace is a worthwhile investment
I have raised 13 Newfoundlands, and had VPI until now. My new Puppy Xander has Embrace Pet Insurance, and in the 1st year alone, it has more than paid for itself.I recommend it to everyone.

Excellent claim service
My dog Karma was adopted from the humane society about two years ago. At just 2 and a half we had a medical emergency that turned out to be pancreatitis. I already had pet health insurance and am so grateful for that. The claim process was easy and I love the fact that I got a call after about a month from ASPCA to see how she was doing. That is definitely high touch customer service with care. I have already recommended this insurance to my family members.

Excellent service
We've had a long illness of pneumonia with our standard poodle, Stormy.Lots of tests,xrays and medication.All covered quickly and without question.
We had a different insurance with our previous dogs and it didn't compare to the service from Embrace!!

Great Insurance Company
I signed up with Embrace because my dog is getting older. They are excellent to work with and have processed my claims quickly and refunded me just as promptly. They are very easy to deal with and give a thorough explanation with each claim.

I Was Honestly Expecting A Degree...
I was honestly expecting a degree of runaround and some surprises about what would and would not be covered. Pretty floored when it was as simple as the annual deductible and limited co-pay amount. I could not be more pleased by my overall experience!

Quick,easy,and painless
Somehow Valium managed to "sprain" his back. There was no rough-housing with his big brother,no high jump downs,nothing we could think of that would have caused it. He couldnt get comfortable,cried, dragged his belly and was in total misery. He reqired sedation,xrays,medication to alleviate the pain and allow healing. Filing his claim was easy,quick. The embrace rep was so helpful and understanding. Thank you
