AWESOME PAWSOME

Since becoming a member of Embrace I have only twice had a challenge, and it was more about mixing up the claim between dogs, and having it corrected. I have since learned it is best to have wellness purchaes like flea and tick, purchased individually for each dog rather than lumped together. My only other concern is that I wanted both dogs to be on the 80% reimbursement plan. Somehow a snafu happened, not sure if it was mine or their's, but I cannot get my girl on the 80% without having to start from scratch, meaning waiting periods etc. But these are minor in the big scheme of things and I am constantly recommending Embrace and the need for Pet Insurance. I cannot say enough great things about Embrace and look forward to working with them as my babies go enter this final stage of their lives. I have peace of mind knowing that as little things crop up now, I have Embrace in my corner. Thank you Embrace!!

My Dog Maci Had A Few Lumps That ...

My dog Maci had a few lumps that the vet was not sure about. so, we had them removed and tested, thankfully they were not cancerous. and Pests Best paid my claim in less that 2 weeks, thanks.

I was in tears last night when I called as we were on the verge of losing our little boy.

I was in tears last night when I called as we were on the verge of losing our little boy. He's been to our vet, then an emergency vet the following day and now a specialty hospital. We are literally broken at this point as we've paid the vets everything we can and have nothing left for deposits or anything and I wasn't sure how I would handle today's visit with another deposit of $2300. Your rep explained to me how direct pay works and I am so grateful. I was at brakeing point and he was so kind. You have the best customer service anytime I've had to call! I would have lost my best friend had I not had trupanion.

Outstanding service

I had a bill for $21.87 and when the vet submitted the claim they forgot to include the invoice. Embrace reached out to let me know. Their customer service is outstanding! A small bill and they still wanted to be sure I was paid. They are efficient and concerned about our pet,as well, no matter the issue. I did a lot of research before I chose Embrace and have had them for over 2 years. I have also had some very expensive claims over $500 they have taken care of.
