Excellence bar none
Our JRT had ER visit as she likes to hunt lizards and frogs and had a reaction to the frog she got ahold of. Embrace staff helped us set up our account and how to get our claim processed. They made it easy and we were reimbursed quickly. I highly recommend pet insurance and I recommend Embrace!

Healthy Paws has been wonderful. My 17.8 year old Bichon Frise needed spine surgery in May 2017. Healthy Paws they didn't hesitate in providing coverage. Not only did they reimburse me promptly, but their customer service is wonderful -- kind and courteous. They even followed up with me to see how Cody was doing. Their coverage is very generous. I recommend them to every pet owner I talk to. If and when we decide to adopt another dog in the future, I won't hesitate to use Healthy Paws again, I would sign up on day one.

I'd prefer easier claim process. I have FIVE policies with you and ONE with Healthy Paws. They don't require a claim form. All I do is scan the receipt and attach it to an email. That's much easier!

I love Embrace!
I covered my two dogs (Dante and Meesha) for the first time this year. I looked at several companies but chose Embrace because of the Wellness option. It's a wonderful way to budget their wellness over a year. So far it has covered both sets of yearly vaccinations and annual physicals. Embrace even covered visits from an animal behaviorist to help with Meesha's blanket-munching addiction. The service is always fast, friendly, and excellent.
