Healthy Paws was there when I needed them.
I have a two year old Corgi who didn't finish her dinner on June 7, 2014 and then wouldn't eat her breakfast the next morning June 8, 2014. I told my husband that we needed to take her to our emergency hospital because it was Sunday and our personal veterinarian was closed. We were very anxious about what could be wrong with our dog. Sabrina was weighed and her temperature was taken and it showed she had a fever. Upon examination the veterinarian noticed she also showed pain when touched in a couple of places on her back. That meant we were dealing with two issues rather than just one. More tests were done. The blood tests showed she had an infection and an X-ray was done to try and find out the cause of pain in her back. Then the veterinarian had to figure out what kind of infection she had. We were able to get Sabrina to drink some water so then she had a bladder full enough to take a urine sample. The test came back positive for a bladder infection. However, the back issue would require more tests and our veterinarian chose to apply a more conservative approach for the back issue with kennel rest and steroids for three weeks. While waiting at the emergency hospital that Sunday morning I was so relieved and comforted knowing that my husband and I chose to get insurance for Sabrina when we first brought her home December 19, 2013. The veterinarian was able to do the necessary tests to find out why she wasn't eating and why she was having back pain. We were able to rule out t

Quick and Easy Wellness Claim Fulfillment!
We have a four month old Bernese Mountain Dog who has been to the vet several times for his regular vaccinations, plus a small giardia issue. Submitting reimbursement claims under the wellness coverage could not have been easier. I faxed the wellness claim form and invoices together on 6/12/14, and as of 6/17/14 all of my claims have been processed without issue. So quick & easy!

Could not be more pleased with Embrace
I have had Embrace since my BMD was a puppy and have always been pleased with the service. My now four year old is susceptible to mast cell tumors so has to have medical attention whenever an odd bump arises that changes over time. Embrace has never questioned charges for bumps that turn out to be benign and always processes all claims promptly. I have to mention that the claims processors are all the nicest people and that I have even personally heard from the CEO, Laura Bennett. Embrace is an awesome company.

Excellent Pet Insurance
I have had ASPCA pet insurance for a few years now. Originally I had no insurance and my dog had to have CCL repair surgery which is a very expensive surgery. After that expense I decided that the cost of insuring all my pets was well worth it. Since getting coverage one of my dogs was diagnosed with Addison's disease. My other dog has Hypothyroidism. Without ASPCA insurance coverage I may have had to euthanize the dog with Addison's because it is very expensive to diagnose and her ongoing meds, lab work, etc are very expensive. Due to ASPCA's coverage she has been able to live a normal life. I am grateful to ASPCA for offering the coverage.

Very impressed!
Mailed my first claim to Pets Best on a Saturday and had a direct deposit reimbursement the following Thursday. The turnaround time is so quick and the claim form is easy to fill out. Just follow the instructions on the claim form when you file your claim and they quickly take care of the rest.
Thank you for your prompt response!

Quick, Fast, Easy!
After researching and reading reviews about just about every major pet insurance provider, we went with Embrace. Even though they seemed a bit pricey compared to other providers, they seemed to have the best coverage.
We signed our puppy up and three weeks later, we've already visited the vet and been reimbursed via direct deposit. Our puppy has a couple more rounds of vaccinations to go, and I feel good about not choosing a cheap $20/month provider for Bear and very pleased with how quickly we were reimbursed.

Thank Goodness for Healthy Paws
Like many other pet parents, I spent time comparing insurance plans and for my Goldendoodle puppy last year. Alfred has fortunately been very healthy, but a month ago was diagnosed with an eyelid condition that would lead to scarring on his cornea if not surgically corrected. I was worried that some "small print" in our policy would prevent this $1000 surgery from being covered. I contacted Healthy Paws and was immediately assured that the procedure would be covered as written in the policy. I received my reimbursement for the procedure in less than a week after I filed the claim. And I even got an email from a claims representative to check and see how Alfred was doing after the surgery. Healthy Paws is the BEST. I will recommend it to every pet parent I know. Thank you Healthy Paws! We are definitely in good "paws" with you.

Easy forms, easy filing of claim.
We asked the vet to fax our claim into Embrace right after Gracie's surgery. We received our check in the mail before the stitches came out about 10 days later.

Love Healthy Paws!
We have only had healthy paws for a few months when one of our dogs, Ruby, got a mass cell tumor. I wasn't worried about the cost to help her because we have Healthy Paws. Our plan is the $100 deductible and they pay 90% after that. Between the aspiration of the mass, the surgery to remove it, the lab testing the mass, and medications, our bill was over $400. They quickly reimbursed us over $300. We got the check from Healthy Paws in the mail before our credit card bill with Rubys surgery on it even came in the mail. We are very happy with Healthy Paws. They even email me to see how Ruby was doing after her surgery!

I feel this company has betrayed me and my pet.
I have had this insurance for 11 years and have not sent any claims until last year and only a few. After being insured with you her whole life when she is treated for one thing, she is no longer insured for that one ailment. Being insured all these years with you has prevented me from having real insurance coverage on my pet now when I need it. So as long as I paid the premium with no claims you take my money but when I need the coverage you drop her from the coverage she needs. Now at her age it is hard to find another insurance but I will. I sure wish I had been insured with another company all these past years.
