I adopted a rescue dog from the HS where I am a volunteer. I didn't have a dog in 30yrs and things have changed with pet care now. I decided to take out the pet insurance to see if I would use it. The young dog I adopted has allergies and I have to give her one pill a day. The insurance covered must of the cost of the pill. She also had a yeast infection and those pills were covered also. I am happy I decided to get the Pet Insurance and now I don't want to be without it. The Hartville answers any questions you have, processes your claims in a short time and I am very pleased with them.

Because of your coverage, you have saved my dog Dakota's life 3 times when he relapsed from Inflammatory bowel disease and had to be put in a critical care hospital for days at a time. Our JRT had ER visit as she likes to hunt lizards and frogs and had a reaction to the frog she got ahold of. Embrace staff helped us set up our account and how to get our claim processed. They made it easy and we were reimbursed quickly. I highly recommend pet insurance and I recommend Embrace!

Healthy Paws has been wonderful. My 17.8 year old Bichon Frise needed spine surgery in May 2017. Healthy Paws they didn't hesitate in providing coverage. Not only did they reimburse me promptly, but their customer service is wonderful -- kind and courteous. They even followed up with me to see how Cody was doing. Their coverage is very generous. I recommend them to every pet owner I talk to. If and when we decide to adopt another dog in the future, I won't hesitate to use Healthy Paws again, I would sign up on day one.

I'd prefer easier claim process. I have FIVE policies with you and ONE with Healthy Paws. They don't require a claim form. All I do is scan the receipt and attach it to an email. That's much easier!
