This is my first experience with pet insurance, and I'm so impressed! After losing a pet following a long (expensive) illness, I decided to insure our two dogs. I'm so glad I did... the claims process was easy, and I got a check quickly without having to jump through hoops. I particularly like the online system and ability to upload the receipt without a lot of paperwork or having to talk with a rep.

This was a wellness claim for my dog's annual vaccinations. Pets best reimbursed me the maximums allowed per vaccine. This was a huge relief as this is one of our biggest annual expenses with our dog and it's great to know pets best has our back!

Filing a claim with Pets Best is so easy. If you are registered on line, the claim forms are filled out with the pets name and pertinent information. I fax my claim forms along with the Vet's receipt and diagnosis sheet. I have direct deposit. The customer care team & billing department keep me updated via e-mail as to the progress of processing my claim. So convenient. Thank you.

We are extremely happy with our results from our claims. Results after a routine blood test done annually by our Vet alerted us her liver needed checking out. After more tests and xrays our Vet put her on supplements and prescription dog for liver. After 4 months her liver count is back to normal. She just needs to stay on the prescription dog food. I collected my receipts, took the claim form to my Vet to fill out and mailed them to Embrace. They sent a email informing us they received the claim. A few weeks later we got an email stating our claim was completed. I logged into Embrace and everything was listed. It was very through and easy to understand. So happy with our refund and Embrace.
