The claim was handled very timely. Took a little longer to get the money refunded than I expected and the refund was about what I expected.

We've tried a couple other pet insurance companies, and between their customer service being horrible and the ridiculous process you had to go through to get reimbursed for anything, we were about to give up. Then we agreed we'd try one more - and THANK GOODNESS it was Embrace! Their customer service is incredible - professional, personable and knowledgeable; submitting claims, well it couldn’t be easier; AND, they offer direct deposit reimbursement which is almost always there in less than a week! The wellness coverage offered is awesome. Seriously, I could go on and on about Embrace. Our dog is our “little girl”, and we couldn’t ask for a better company to handle the insurance for her!

My dog was diagnosed with bone cancer. They covered everything without question, including x-rays, biopsy, leg amputation surgery, chemo therapy treatments, medications. At the end we had to euthanize him, once the cancer spread to his lungs and they covered that, also. The claim submission was super easy and I never had to follow up on a claim.

Our dog Norris required unexpected surgery to remove his gall bladder. The need for the surgery was detected as a result of elevated liver enzymes detected during his regular wellness exam. He required specialty care and advanced diagnostics.
