I have had Pets Best for 8 years. Each time I have used it they have been very prompt. It is a great company to do business with. I recommend them very highly. I have always been satisfied.

When i needed to make a claim, Trupanion was right there, no excuses. Just a lot of caring to answer my questions and resolve my issue. Everything is always explained to me and the employees at Trupanion want to help you. My 3 yorkies are everything to me, I want a insurance company that is there for me in the event of any illness or emergency.

I got Martin (now a 6 month old Pomsky) 3 months ago for my children. Unfortunately, he was badly hit by a car when we were away for vacation. HIs pelvis was fractured in 9 pieces and had to go under surgery immediately. He's been on medication and therapy for the last month. It's been very hard for our family seen Martin in this condition. Hopefully he will get better each day. Having Embrace has been a huge relief in terms of money. I couldn't have afford surgery, check ups, medication and therapy by myself. Embrace was one of the insurance companies recommended by our vet, and I'm so glad we chose them to cover our adopted 4-legged son. We had hoped we would only need it for wellness expenses, but Dewey suddenly developed luxating patellas in both rear legs at just over a year old, requiring surgery. Great customer service and claim processing times

I have two English Bulldogs -- very expensive to maintain, without the Wellness feature of this policy I'd be in real trouble. It helps pay for heartworm meds, nail trims, routine shots, etc. I would not be able to provide the best care for my babies without Embrace.
