Claim process was super easy. Really glad my pet was able to have the dental surgery he needed with the financial support of Nationwide.

As a general rule of thumb, I have a very cynical view of what my insurance will actually cover when it comes time for them to pay a claim, as well as how combative the process will be. This was unreal. After Sam's emergency vet visit during quarantine, we we're already stressed out, but happy he was alright. A couple of days later, I filed the claim, which was the easisest thing on earth (literally just uploaded the receipt/discharge papers the vet emailed me). Within 48 hours, I got a simple email saying "claim approved" and (2) weeks got a check. I never leave reviews, but was impressed enough by this process that it felt warranted.

Great coverage and so grateful I hand it for my puppy. We’ve gotten our fair use out of this insurance and am so lucky to have it!!!!!
