This insurance is top-notch and well worth the cost. They are timely, fair, and always pleasant whenever I have had a question. All policy maximums are clearly stated in your policy documents, so there are no surprises. They will also help you if you ask about your policy limits at customer service. I am SO GLAD that I have my pet insured through Nationwide. They have been a lifesaver and given me great peace of mind.

Having lost a dog to lymphoma a few years ago, when we got Rana (Raina), the first thing I did was look for really good pet insurance and settled on Nationwide. It is a blessing. Raina started having a problem with standing about two months ago. She a young dog. Her diagnosis is not solid yet, but it's looking like an autoimmune issue. We're waiting for final test results, but so far she's been seen by an orthopedic vet and now an internist, who has really narrowed down her issue and she's being treated with prednisone and an anti-biotic with really good results so far. Waiting for test results from NC University (I think that's the school) about the issue.

Healthy Paws was recommended to me by my adult children who own dogs. My 3 year old rescue needed diagnostic procedures to rule out serious disease. Healthy Paws consumer service was simply the best throughout the process. I really like the ease of submitting claims through their phone app. They deserve a rating of 10/10 in all areas.

Going through the grief in losing our beloved Jackson, it was a truly excellent experience in filing a claim With trupanion. Very easy and we received our claim check in record time. I can not say enough about how wonderful Trupanion is and has been as an insurer of my beloved dog Izzy. Trupanion has always been available to discuss my policy, treatment coverage, and all issues related to Izzy. They have consistently paid all of my claims in a very prompt way. Financially, we would be in much worse shape without Trupanion's coverage. Thank you for everything.

This was the first time we've ever submitted a claim and the process was very easy and efficient. The customer service representative was extremely helpful and immediately emailed the required forms needed to submit our claim. Trupanion settled our claim very quickly. Overall, the service was excellent.
