Pricey but good
quick reimbursement, good coverage. Only complaint is that my premiums go up every single year which makes it hard to afford the insurance with 3 dogs.

All wellness and anything with wellness should be covered!
It’s frustrating that wellness items such as nail clipping and anal gland excisions are not covered. These are a part of keeping our kids well.

Great Insurance!
My dog has chronic ailments that require multiple (expensive) prescriptions. Once I hit my deductibles, there has never been a problem with Trupanion. They pay 90% of the cost and they pay quickly. I recommend Trupanion to all my friends and acquaintances whever the conversation turns to pets

Overall pay out as expected per policy, sometimes you may need to work to get paperwork and claims completed
Overall, good service, and like that there is available digital communication options. Sometimes it can be a hassle to get claims processed with requests for medical records and then delays of 30-60 days but eventually if you are diligent you will get paid appropriately
