Fast claims payment and everything has been covered
We have 3 French Bulldogs and have been using Embrace for 4 years. Unfortunately, we've had to have a few life saving surgeries for our boys, but Embrace has covered everything! Our youngest was suffocating due to an elongated soft palate and required 5 days in a hospital after his surgery with a tracheostomy. It was a hefty bill but Embrace sent us a check 7 days after we submitted the claims. I highly recommend them !! They don't exclude breed specific health issues and that has been a blessing. Our boys are all healthy and we've never had to worry about being unable to afford their vet bills.

Response to claim Great
I have had to do a few claims and everytime I do the turnaround time is great always
with in 2 weeks or less ...usually less..i recommend them highly to anyone thinking about getting insurance for their dogs or cats

Best Investment Ever
ASPCA pet insurance is the best thing going for taking care of your fur baby. I've had it seen my baby was 9 weeks and I thank god I did. The coverage is great and I feel they really care about his well being-- always calling to check on him after a vet visit.

This Is My First Experience With ...
This is my first experience with pet insurance, and I'm so impressed! After losing a pet following a long (expensive) illness, I decided to insure our two dogs. I'm so glad I did... the claims process was easy, and I got a check quickly without having to jump through hoops. I particularly like the online system and ability to upload the receipt without a lot of paperwork or having to talk with a rep.

This Was A Wellness Claim For My ...
This was a wellness claim for my dog's annual vaccinations. Pets best reimbursed me the maximums allowed per vaccine. This was a huge relief as this is one of our biggest annual expenses with our dog and it's great to know pets best has our back!

Filing a claim with Pets Best is so easy. If you are registered on line, the claim forms are filled out with the pets name and pertinent information. I fax my claim forms along with the Vet's receipt and diagnosis sheet. I have direct deposit. The customer care team & billing department keep me updated via e-mail as to the progress of processing my claim. So convenient. Thank you.
