Happy with FIGO so far! It's great to have pet insurance for our high maintenance pooch! Only thing that dings FIGO so far is the speed at which a claim is reviewed, processed and paid. Our 1st claim was approved and we've had to wait over 5 days so far or our reimbursement via ACH payment. We still have yet to get reimbursed. Going that is soon and future claims are paid faster once the claim is closed.

ASPCA insurance has been a huge help these past 2 months. My frenchie developed a skin condition in which he started getting bald spots and some areas looked red and raw. He had a bacteria and fungus apparently and also after several tests we found out he is allergic to quite a few things. He is on a special diet, lots of pills at the moment and goes to the vet once a week to get medicated baths and shots for the skin condition. ASPCA has been a huge help with the cost of his treatment. My dog will need this treatment for another month and a half or 2 at least so cost adds up and thankfully ASPCA has been very helpful. Its not a full reimbursement, but it does help a lot. Highly recommend ASPCA insurance for your pets, as well as donating money to ASPCA for other pets in need! I do both!

This is our first experience with pet insurance. All I can say is, why did I wait so long to invest in such a great product. Having lost 2 Golden Retrievers to cancer since 2009, this was a no brainier for our current Golden Retriever. This Nationwide policy was a good investment in our dog's health. Already filed 4 claims and the processing of the reimbursements and deductible applications was beyond my expectations. Very happy!

When i needed to make a claim, Trupanion was right there, no excuses. Just a lot of caring to answer my questions and resolve my issue. Everything is always explained to me and the employees at Trupanion want to help you. My 3 yorkies are everything to me, I want a insurance company that is there for me in the event of any illness or emergency.

I got Martin (now a 6 month old Pomsky) 3 months ago for my children. Unfortunately, he was badly hit by a car when we were away for vacation. HIs pelvis was fractured in 9 pieces and had to go under surgery immediately. He's been on medication and therapy for the last month. It's been very hard for our family seen Martin in this condition. Hopefully he will get better each day. Having Embrace has been a huge relief in terms of money. I couldn't have afford surgery, check ups, medication and therapy by myself. Getting this insurance for my puppy was the best decision I made and I couldn't be more grateful. The claim process is super easy, just upload the info and you are done! Embrace was one of the insurance companies recommended by our vet, and I'm so glad we chose them to cover our adopted 4-legged son. We had hoped we would only need it for wellness expenses, but Dewey suddenly developed luxating patellas in both rear legs at just over a year old, requiring surgery. So far, Embrace has processed our claims very quickly, and we were informed of our claims' status every step of the way.
