Answered my questions quickly and was very helpful. Also, Jordan - asked me if I’d liked welcome packets mailed out for my other 2 dogs while I was asking a few questions and totally forgot to reply to him. I definitely wanted them mailed out, but had so many questions to ask that it slipped my mind to respond back. Jordan had followed up with me and asked if I’d still like the packets mailed out and I was so happy he did! Trupanion is amazing and I constantly refer anyone and everyone to them.

The coverage is a Excellent. First, I was worried about it because I had another company that was great until my dog passed. But, it cost a lot more.
